Kaleb and Mark were sooooooo excellent with my nephew today. We came in and they immediately helped him set up his rod. They were sooo nice. It honestly made me happy being back home. Mark showed him how to hook the worm and everything. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you guys for making our day. My nephew walked out and said he felt good and happy about his new fishing rod.

I went in and was greeted by staff and was helped right away very friendly people was a little pricey on things but I guess that just about anywhere you go no. Would definitely go back there

First time in. Mr Bobby help me carry my stuff to the truck due to my mobility issues and not one of them spoke to my service dog which you don't know how much that is appreciated wonderful people. The second I walked in actually I was greeted in the parking lot and we're walked in I was greeted it was great to see the little babies running around the store so you know wonderful to shop at a mom and pop instead of those you know big box brand places. Yes very polite It's a great people throughout the whole entire store. I would recommend if you only ever been there once become a customer or if you've never been stop in you'll see what I seen and just great people I can't say enough on how impressed I am with their service and friendliness coming from large city not ever used it at stuff and I grew up in a holler of 35 people so I know what it's like the mom and pops in the down home stuff but after living in a big city for a while you don't get that treatment. I will definitely be a customer for as long as I can be. And I will word of mouth Google whatever I can do to promote these wonderful people.
