DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I had an issue in which it took me calling them FIVE times before it was resolved. I made a late payment due to illness and had a security lock placed on my unit which was in the contract and totally understandable. However, once my payments were up to date, I was unable to get the security lock off of the unit. I called a total of five times and was told it would be taken off, but each time I checked it had not. On the last occasion, after being told it was taken care of, when I checked, the had taken MY PERSONAL LOCK OFF OF THE UNIT!! It is very apparent that they DO NOT have their customers in mind! DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you want a headache.

Totally recommend!! Great management and super nice!! Love the storage buildings. I have had trouble at some other ones but this one by far is the best!
