Went there a month ago to put air in my tires and get gas (as I do everyday) and none of the air pumps worked on the truck side. I spoke with a trucker and he said they haven’t worked in awhile. I went back yesterday and still none of them worked. And some of them look like crap. The wipers for the windows have holes in them by the truck side. Does maintenance not take care of the truck side at all? Does he not realize that he needs to replace the parts for the air? Does he not realize he needs to replace the wiper squeegees? My husband was the maintenance man there for awhile and kept all that working. He explained fixing that is simple and takes just a few minutes. Yet you fired him over something his supervisor told him was ok to do, when he actually did work and kept all of this fixed? I am still a customer and have been going there since they racetrac first opened. I go there sometimes 3 times a day. This gas station is really going downhill. It’s also suppose to be a truck stop but they stop making food at night. What are the truckers suppose to eat? Friendly Gus keeps food around the clock for them. I went there at 11pm the other day and there were no hot dogs, no pizzas, nothing! And they constantly run out of cups and lids. I went to get a small coffee just yesterday and they didn’t have small cups. I was even charged for a medium when that’s not even what’s I wanted! Medium cups were in the small cup holder. And with the sodas they do the same thing! You’d think by now the new management would know how much to order, since it happens so often. And once again the coffee machine is down too when I went back later in the day for more. Can someone please fix this place? Have the managers from out of state come back or something. Have Andrew do a pop up on the maintenance guy. Do they not do that anymore? Because so much is broken down. What is he doing? My husband would go around and find stuff himself so he could fix it. This guy seems to be doing nothing! It’s been a whole month and the air isn’t fixed? And I can no longer type my phone number in myself anymore. The free Twix I was suppose to get as a reward just disappeared and the manager said he was working on it. I spend hundreds a week there, sometimes a day. If it’s not fixed soon I’m done.

I have been there three times in the last two week's to order a whole pizza with excuses each times on why they couldn't make the pizza. Two weeks ago the lady said that they didn't have any toppings. Then last Saturday they weren't making any more for the day and it was around 7:30pm. Then today I was there and the lady told me she didn't have time to make a fresh one and that I could have the one she made earlier. The lady is very rude and she is and was the same employee I dealt with on each occasion.

Writing this as recent as 11/26/25, came here around 1345 yesterday, left at 0300 this morning, there is no paid parking or 4-hour parking, idk why they still have it painted on the ground on both sides & why truck stops continue to implement rules, knowing there's gonna be pushback, so idk if I should rate this one or five ⭐s 🤷🏾♂️

Great place and they FINALLY have started paying attention to the patrons and what goes on in the establishment. Unlike the last group of employees who just let people walk out with whole pizzas. The current group of employees deserve a raise in my book.

This racetrac doesn’t cook any food after 8pm. Until 7am the next day. This is ridiculous and sad considering the amount of steady truckers and travelers visiting overnight having to eat snacks and junk food. I visit this racetrack almost every week and they have begun disappointing repeatedly. I love their staff usually but you can tell nobody cares it’s comedic

This was a clean and well stocked gas station. Stopped for a driving break, honestly a little nervous from stories heard about the city, but was nice and friendly. I was able to get a restroom break l, snacks and some drinks for a good price.

This place is awesome. They have super clean bathrooms, and the lobby is so cool, this is my first race track and I was blown away by the selection of things inside from fro yo to every drink i could imagine. Defently worth a stop also has good priced gas for being off the interstate. Would stop here anytime! Really enjoyed jt

CMV DRIVERS: Signs on the ground say paid parking but team inside said it’s not. Guess RT is finally realizing that and the 4 hr parking thing was a bad idea. Ample parking (however the spots right along the CAT scale can be a bit tight to move in to)
As far as inside goes, it’s your typical “new” RT and RT truck center you’ve seen everywhere else.
Being across from a Chick Fil A is a bonus too

All the parking spots here are free, with no paid parking, which is great for us truck drivers. There’s a Chick-fil-A within walking distance. However, finding a parking spot can be challenging at certain times of the day since many local truck drivers, especially container drivers from the Dublin/Macon, Georgia area, take up a significant portion of the spaces.
The inside of the store isn’t too bad and offers a good variety of food options. However, the restrooms can be a bit dirty due to the high traffic, so they’re not always the cleanest. Despite that, it’s a great place to take a 10-hour break.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful that I asked questions to or approached. Ample truck parking. If this is how all of the stores are run in this chain, this will definitely be a go to stop for me in the future!
