I couldn’t find anyone else to rent to me because of my low income (I’m disabled and on SSDI), but they did. My apartment at 211 N Washington was clean and remodeled. My power bill was low. A hot water issue was resolved in a timely manner.

Roach/Bug infested apartments!!! Dont bother fumigating the person next door will have them and you'll waste your money. Downright disgusting!
