I couldn’t find anyone else to rent to me because of my low income (I’m disabled and on SSDI), but they did. My apartment at 211 N Washington was clean and remodeled. My power bill was low. A hot water issue was resolved in a timely manner.

Never rented from Jason but my husband just got off the phone with him discussing an issue we have and let me tell you. This man is the genuine article. He is informative, caring and went the extra mile with no financial gain behind his help or advice. Looking forward to leaving more comments for this business.
