Tractor supply had some vendors, rescues and great items. Dysfunction Junction Rescue, Inc of Jeffersonville Georgia were there with their best, healthiest and happiest dogs in need of good homes. These are the best people when your looking for hospitality and a rescue that actually takes care of there dogs. Service animal, first responders, and veterans can get the $75 application fee waived. They truly want their rescues yo go to well loved homes no matter the case. Every animal I saw was fixed from what I could tell. On top of that they supplied some puppy and dog friendly treats and vitamins as well as a calm environment. It was a peaceful experience. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and I wish i could give them 10 stars! My dogs love Tractor Supply and will choose their Veterinarians to treat my dogs and serve them happy, natural and fur baby safe treats and Purina or Pedigree food.

Rudest most disrespectful employees out of any store. Called to let them know they had forgotten to scan an item when checking out my grandfather and that he’d like to pay for it over the phone. Told them our credit card info. Was told their card machines weren’t working and he had until 6pm to come pay for it or they would put a warrant out for my grandfathers arrest.

Tractor supply was a shining beacon in the vast darkness! During the hurricane while everything was closed and without power, they opened their doors. They didn’t have power but that didn’t stop that amazing staff from helping the town. They accepted cash and cards, running them the old fashioned way and assisted customers with flashlights and carrying supplies as always. They were apologizing for how long it was taking to check everyone out, no apologies were necessary and instead THANK YOU for putting all of us above even your own worries and families!!!!!!! They all deserve raises!

Tried to bring some bolts back that we bought. Never used. Still have the tags and stickers on them. But because it was a purchase over 30 days ago they would not let us return or exchange. We live out of town so it wasn't convenient for us to bring them back right away. We will never purchase from Tractor supply again.

I had a relative that ordered something in the store to have it shipped to the house. Fed Ex sent it to another city 4 hours from where they live. Tractor Supply said they didn't have anymore and they would issue a e gift card. I explained that she had no way to receive an e gift card. We had to send it to someone else'e email address. I was told by the representative at the home office to go back into the store that they would refund the money. I was told that they had no option to refund the money. Now she is stuck with a credit she can't use because they don't sell the item she was looking for anymore. Communication between store and home office needs to be better.

I have always received great customer service when dealing with this company. Everyone goes above and beyond to assist you. One day I called the store and the young woman that assisted me looked through all their herbicides until she found one that would kill smutgrass but not my regular grass. I appreciated it so much! Now I’m buying a lawnmower from them.

The store was zoned and cleaned parking lot needs a little tlc but team greeted me when I walked in and store was organized.
