The owner of this location should be ashamed. I placed an order for 112 sheets of OSB over the phone. I spoke with both Jim and Scott three times throughout the week. They took my name, phone, credit card info and accepted the order. Said it would be delivered Saturday. We had roofing materials, a dumpster, and a roofing crew all there on Sunday to do a full re-roof for a home not more than half a mile from their location. They didn't deliver the OSB. The owner didn't like that I had a Chicago area phone number with an Atlanta area credit card. They decided not to process the order, but more importantly they decided not to call me to let me know they weren't comfortable placing the order. Your poor communication cost me nearly $1,000.

Customer service continues to get worse. Cashier was very unwelcoming and hurried me to finish my transaction. Glad its not my money! Wont shop here personally.

This business was acquired in July 2021 and it seems that they are still ramping up by clearing old inventory and bringing in their stuff.I miss the old management team. It seems like this group is missing something. The selection of quality yard tools was poor. The garden rake (only one to choose from) lack the quality that I was looking for.All in all dissapointed, but I'll be back to check them out again later. Maybe they just need more time to get the store up to speed the way they want it.

First place I've ever delivered to driver set_Cliff smoking cigarette for 25 minutes after I on tarps and straps then proceeded to take an hour on loading me while another employee drove around the driver side of my truck messing around with the forklift hand loading off of one of their truck just to block the driver unloading me I will never return promise you that
