Always friendly helpful staff to assist with your postal needs. Post Office is clean and well kept. The only pain is the very weird parking lot and the crazy entrance.

I (and many more east dublin) have called on mail lady MULTIPLE TIMES! Nothing gets done. She (Amy I believe is her name) continues to be soooo lazy! If she can't shove it in the mail box, you won't get it! Some have complained about thier items broken from shoved in small mailbox for package size. If you order something heavy (my kids pick it up) you will have to go to post office next day to pick it up yourself. She won't even attempt! Cigarette butt's always by my mail box. No smokers in my household but her car is always full of smoke when you see her drive by. It's disgusting! Iv got Cigarette burns on my mail few times. She caused multiple birthdays to be postponed because she can't do her job! This has happened AGAIN YESTERDAY! SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! WHEN MULTIPLE PEOPLE CALL....... THERE OBVIOUSLY IS A ISSUE!

There customer service is extremely poor. I call to check on a package and a woman by the name is Lisa answered. I asked her if I could check the status of a package and to see if it was at the post office so I could pick it up. She asked if I had the tracking number and I stated, "hold on a sec let me get it." Now the number was laying next to me all I had to do was pick it up. She rush to say, "well when you have it call us back and slammed the phone down." This is piss poor customer service and is not tolerated. If you can't work and talk with people in a public setting, clearly this is not the job for you.

I am very sad bc a lot of times my mail doesn't come in my mail box but instead it goes to another mailbox. A lot of times people knocking at my home door saying they got my mail and us post office deliver it in their address. Also. I ordered product online I never got them I lost money bc it says delivered in my home but i never got it. It's so sad to think that my mails are suppost to be safe in USPS but it's not I never got my orders in my mail but the delivery person marked it deliver. I'm in Dublin ga. I want to file a complaint bc each time I go to main office here they said their going to call me back to look for my mail they never call me or even care enough to tell me what happened to my mail. I'm always home or someone in my house of if I go somewhere so we know of mail comes or not. I need to know what to do in this kind of situation? How can i get my merchandise they never delivered but marked delivered.? I need help.

It used to have a box outside so you could drive up and put mail in but now you have to go inside the building :(
