The employee Tori, who was working in the Dublin store on Saturday 10-28-23 was who I was sent to. I tried to explain to her what my phone was doing, and she said "oh, it's just pop ups". So she took my phone and just started deleting stuff. She had deleted several apps before I realized what she was doing. I told her to stop that I didn't want all those apps deleted and she said well if you want the pop ups to stop you have to. I do business from my phone and I do NOT appreciate her just deciding to delete apps from my phone without telling me what she was doing.

Typical Verizon store with condescending employees who wait for you to finish speaking, but don’t hear what you’re saying. If I was paid a nickel for every time I relayed information to the people at the counter (quoting directly from the phone conversation I had with Verizon customer service literally moments prior to me walking into this location) and them roll their eyes at me and continuously say “that’s not how this works” like it was my idea to walk in this place and be talked down to whilst wasting my time then I’d have enough money to buy this place ten fold and shut it down.I have come to realize that it takes less time to purchase a vehicle at a dealership than it does to do anything at a physical Verizon location. It’s also far less of a headache to purchase a car comparativelyMake no mistake. Undoubtedly Great phone service, but terrible everything else. Avoid physical locations and just talk to the robot on the phone.

Wonderful young man took all the time in the world to help me get my phone going! Very nice & never once seemed anoid with me because I tin to ask alot of questions & he just showed me how to do it with a smile! Sorry don't rember his name but he had very nice tattoos! Sorry but thank you!

Terrible service. Do not remember the man's name but because of him I lost all of my photos from my old phone. Went back the next day and spoke with another worker and they told me it should've been transferred over with smart switch, instead the other worker deleted everything on my old phone and acted like he didn't want to help at all. Just told me there's nothing else to do but buy a new phone

Great store. Very friendly helpful service. JT was my service person today. Excellent customer support. He seem glad to be there and very helpful with a cell phone problem I was having.Plenty of parking. Suggestion: Avoid going on the weekends if possible. Less crowded during the week especially in the mornings.
