All pharmacies need to invest in getting a call center for doctor offices to call to get patient's information that they did not bring in with them because calling Walgreen pharmacy and getting placed on hold 3-4 times back to back (and still no answer) trying to get valuable information for patients without interactions is frustrating and should not be a thing. We should be able to call and get answered. I completely understand they are busy but once again a problem solver is to get a call center.

Very unprofessional, gave my medication to someone else and then acted as if I did something wrong. Can never follow through if an approval is needed or a call to your doctor for more refills. A lot of times you simply can not get the medicine prescribed bc the always have an issue with filling it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Associates back 5 minutes late from meal break. Acted as though one picking up prescriptions was imposing on them. The pharmacy staff here needs a complete douching.

This place needs a major overhaul. Bad customer service very rude and act like you’re bothering them by being there. Have emailed them about problems no resolution to any of the problems

Called in prescription myself at 8:30 AM on The voicemail. Went to pick up at 12:30 PM, but wasn’t ready. Pharmacy technician, who was quite rude, told me that the medication had not been called in. I told her that was impossible, because I called it in myself! Called back to speak to pharmacist, but was placed on hold for what seems like forever. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with this pharmacy.

If there was an option for no stars, this place would win that. I have had my hippa violated, the pharmacy staff is slow, uncaring, absolutely unprofessional. They have been known to file the your medical insurance as they see fit. Meaning if they don't want to pay the filing fee for your meds, they will resort to making you pay out of pocket instead. When questioned about this, the pharmacy tech said it is up to the individual stores how they want to file it. Be weary people. Watch out for our older generation. Do better!

The worst pharmacy ever. If you need meds be prepared to wait 2 to 5 days for them to get it ready unless you have time to sit in there store and hound them. They will screw your insurance up almost every time I have to have it fixed just to fill the prescription.

I have the worst experience with a staff member over the phone Mrs Polly, if that's even her name. I don't feel she care about the customer and definitely didn't make me feel appreciated
