I went to Dublin ga for a tire and rotation. They found 2 nails in my front tire. I ordered a tire and went back on Tuesday to have it installed. Only to find out they had crossthreaded the stud.. and couldn't get the tire off. They at first denied that it was them that last touched my car. The paperwork showed it was there guy that balanced my car. They handed me the keys and said take somewhere else. And they would pay for it. I took it to another shop, they couldn't get it off. I called another shop, who said yes they could do it, but it would need a new rim, and with labor and everything it would cost at least $1700! And to make sure walmart is aware of this!
I have tried to get in touch with the store manager who will not answer his phone. I called 800 walmart, and filed a complaint but no one has responded. I was told this was Not the first car walmart has messed up.
I will not take any car back to Walmart!

Beware!!!! Went to Walmart today. Self checkout scanner wasn’t working. Employee came over to assist, the first time the scale read .99 but the computer wouldn’t register the price. The scanned time I noticed she had two fingers on the edge of the scale. When I proceeded to walked away after noticing the weight of three peaches to be 3.5 lbs. she looked at me and said “it scanned”. I said I’m not paying for two of your fingers! She then replied “whatever, stupid …!” Went to the other end and the scale read .98 lbs. She was pissed that I called her out! Seriously, get some class!!

I think employees here was never taught how to answer a phone. I've called easily 20xs and not one person picked up the phone. I guess I'm asking way too much for an employee these days?♀️

I would give this store a zero if I could. Worst attitude from employees and poorest service. Only 4 checkout registers open even though there was a long line waiting to checkout on a Saturday no less!!!

One register was operational, and approximately half of the self-checkout kiosks were out of service. Despite being a substantial and lucrative corporation, it appears that customer satisfaction is no longer a top priority, unless one opts for the Walmart Plus program and shops exclusively online. A significant portion of the floor staff is occupied with fulfilling online orders.

My sister bought a swimsuit from Walmart. She wanted to try it on.
but they would not allow her. But they told her she could take it home and try it on and if it didn't fit bring it back. How asinine is this!!!!!
