We had a reservation to pick up a Uhaul trailer at a different location, which was given away to someone else when we arrived. We found this location as a close by backup, and Reese was efficient, helpful, and even compensated us for U-Haul’s mistake. He got us set up with a trailer in 10 mins and back on the road. 100%...
