9 family pharmacy always keeped in touch with me and constantly on the ball with all the information. I've been dealing with a representative named Melanie McCoy. She always calling me with updates and I really appreciate this service. I love that they deliver due to they're 45 minutes away from me. This is a great place to be your pharmacy

They are fabulous. Super responsive to text and get the meds to you fast. Initiates PAs . As a physician, I’ve steered so many patients to them for their reliability and willingness to go the extra mile. Btw, I live/work in Atlanta so not anywhere near their physical location. Support small business and practices.

I was stuck in what felt like a loop trying to get my prescription approved and filled. Addy spoke with me and remembered that I had called in before. By the end of the phone call, everything was set up. She set the expectation of the email and text I would be receiving and even went above and beyond by calling me back to make sure I received the link and was able to set up my home delivery.
Thank you Addy for remediating a frustrating situation with grace, compassion and compassion and efficiency! Keep Ms. Addy around because she is a wonderful employee to have.

If I could give more than five stars I would! The customer service provided by every single member of 9 Pharmacy is UNMATCHED! They deliver on time. They are communicative. They are kind, personable, and professional. They do the legwork on behalf of their clients - making life easier for us. Prior to this year I had never heard of 9 Pharmacy. But, I am so happy my PCP sent my prescription there for filling because it has been a superb experience.
I HIGHLY recommend. HIGHLY!

The staff always go above and beyond. The pharmacist actually stayed late to help me get a prescription filled by personally getting in touch with my doctor and then being able to fill the long overdue script. Thank you 9 Pharmacy for giving such wonderful customer service.

This is my third time coming to this location. Customer service is outstanding. Melanie needs a raise cuz she is amazing. They're good at answering questions. Knowledge of prescriptions is outstanding. I highly recommend to get your prescriptions filled here. Everybody's so friendly they treat you like family
