I had the pleasure to receive customer service with Raul at this location and let me tell you the most patient , diligent warm and articulate sales person. I have ever meet in my lifetime thus far. Raul needs to be in MANAGEMENT he is a quality employee .If I could of given him 10 STARS outstanding .

I would not recommend shopping here! I got a washer and dryer from here and at first it was good. Then once I moved they took the washer to the new apartment and broke it so I was dealing with 2 weeks of no washer after they told me multiple times they were gonna come and give me one. Then called and asked for money knowing that I didn’t even have a washer. Now my apartment is flooded due to the new so called washer they gave us so at this point they can have the washer and dryer. I will be getting my services somewhere else!!!

Employees were friendly and greeted us when entering the store however my husband I left disappointed due to the lack of salesmanship/proper communication. After our inquiry with one of the employees, we were immediately guided to the computer to fill out an application. Only after completing the application were we told they couldn’t lease to us because we didn’t reside within a 10 mile radius from that particular store. We didn’t know that mattered honestly ??♀️ I do understand policy and procedure and certain rules can’t be broken but if the questioning strategy was stronger for an Example: Where do you guys reside? How far away do you live from our store? First, let’s start with your address. We could have found this information out before we wasted time applying for something we couldn’t take home today. We will check the Aaron’s near us and only hope that they have what we were interested in but if they don’t. I would like our profiles deleted from Aaron’s data base. Thanks ?

This Aaron's Store is a disaster! Last August I began my lease on a new Samsung washer and dryer. The trouble started when my kitchen and dinning room flooded because they failed to hook the drain hose up. It also ruined some boxed food I had in my dinning room. They took no responsibility for the water standing in my kitchen and dinning room, they also took no responsibility for the food that had to be thrown away. They did however come fix the hose. Their attitudes were disgusting and unprofessional. Luckily I knew someone with a shop vac who came and drained the water. Here we are less than a year later and my new washer is broken! I made the dreaded call to get my washer fixed on 4/18 when the gentleman stated he would put in an order to Samsung and they would call me to schedule a day to come out. I received no phone call. 4/19 the gentleman from Aaron's called and informed me that Samsung "said" my washer was not under warranty. Sure sure. The gentleman stated he'd be by on 4/20 to pick up my washer and leave a loaner until mine was fixed. No phone call. A no show. I've dealt with nothing but lies and run arounds from this store. I'm returning the merchandise and going elsewhere!

I have been dealing with AArons going on forever since 1999 even longer and i have never exp anything like this ...... i have been trying to get in contact with the Regional manager and it is impossiable no call back no email no nothing ....... i DONT RECCOMMEND THIS STORW TO NO ONE......AND NO ONE AT HOME OFFICE WANTS TO HELP MY NEXT STEP IS TO TAKE IT A LEVEL UP AND INVOLVE THE AUTHORITIES

It is a scam, they tell you that the merchandise will cost you a certain price if you pay it within a program they have of 120 days and even if you pay during that time they charge you more, it happened to me, if I could give zero star I would Please be careful when buying from this store.

The store manager is rude and unprofessional. I asked her one question was she the store manger threw her hands and my face told me not to come in the store. After that the conversation between us was not a good one. She called my gay slurs and just was unprofessional all the way around. A good manager knows how to deal with conflict not start it. I will be speaking to who ever I need to so that this situation can be handled.

The delivery guys were great. When my dryer stopped heating, I contacted you via email and no response. I haven't had this washer and dryer that long and problems are arising! I'm very upset and ridiculous. You'll gladly take my mobey, but when an issue arise, no response! I'm considering returning the items and go somewhere else. It's not worth it! Very disappointed customer!?
