Why make an appointment for a specific time to come service your vehicle? I had a 12:30 appointment for A1 service (oil change and tyre rotation). I arrived 5 minutes prior, had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in, and after waiting around another 45 minutes in the 'visitors lounge' went back to service to check on progress, and was told that my vehicle was the 'next in line'...seriously Acura Carland?!?? this is just not acceptable!

Joshua Wei is excellent!!! He was patient and didn’t try to sell me on a car! He let me decide for myself what was best for me. He actually brought out three different models and I left to look at something else. I came back because of the service ! The sales manager Tyreke worked with me to get the car I saw the first time . Jin stepped in for Josh while he was out to assist me and Rick in the finance area was very helpful when going over rates and different warranty packages. Overall I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and I appreciate that.I will come back to this dealership and recommend to my friends because of the service and it all started because Mr. Wei was patient!Best,Tammie B

Hugh Kronitz is the BEST! He’s helped me with 4 cars so far, and he always makes everything easy and convenient. He’s just a good person and he really cares about people in general. I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Always a great experience!

This review is for the service department at Acura Carland only. The lights on our RDX went out and we needed to get it fixed right away. We took the car to Acura Carland as it's fairly close to my wife's work. That was a big mistake. First they charge $199 to just look at the car and call it "diagnostics," which can be used towards any services you need. That's even before they do any work. They charged us $571.70 to replace 4 light bulbs. We got charged $97.50 for labor, per light bulb. Yes, that's not a typo. Since we were already out $199, and she needed lights to drive home, we had the lights serviced. On top of that, they said the car also needed other services such a brake job, brake flush, transmission fluid exchange, replacing the spark plugs and fuel induction service. We declined the other services and took it to our trusted Acura dealership, who said most of the services were not needed. We did get the brake job and replace the spark plugs for 30% less than what was quoted at Acura Carland.If the blatant attempt to overcharge for unnecessary services is not enough, they charge a 3% service fee to use a credit card. Who does that?! They let you know via text after you give the go ahead to do the diagnostics. This has to be the worst service center at the dealership that we've ever dealt with. Although we were offered $150 for in store credit to be used in their service department after speaking with the manager, why would be go back after they told us we needed unnecessary services? If zero stars were an option, that's what I would rate Acura Carland. This dealership is a true definition of the phrase "stealership."

Mustapha was very helpful in helping me with my search. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to get me the car I was looking. Also, the day that I was supposed to pick up my car, Josh stepped in and helped out. And Ric was very helpful with a last minute finance curve ball. Everyone worked hard to get me the car that I had searched for a long time on. The GM was pleasant as well. He came out to speak with me and congratulate me on my purchase. I drove over 40 minutes to this dealership and was not disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff all throughout. I emailed out spec sheets as I do to all dealers, and these guys were the only ones to respond with specific cars AND their VIN - so I could look up the exact car's options and see how it matched the spec sheet I put together. Other dealers just pressure you into coming in, and if you ask them to communicate through email, they ghost you.Their pricing is very transparent, everything was listed out in the original proposal. They also didn't pressure me to purchase any additional packages. Probably the most important part was NO MARKUPS. Sure, they had a markup on the Integra type S, but that was lower than what I've seen on Civic Type Rs.The best part is I was able to drive away in my car that same day. All in all, it took me about 2 hours from walking into the dealership and out with keys in hand.Eric was my specific sales associate and he was extremely helpful!

My husband and I recently moved to the area. We were ready and excited to trade in my older model Acura for the newer model, so we chose this showroom to facilitate my cause. Let me tell you, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Josh our attending associate. Not only was he friendly and helpful but he was knowledgeable in guiding us through the process. The other associates were very courteous as well. Overall, a very friendly experience. Thanks again Josh for getting me in my new ride.

I'm not sure where to start...after a great purchase experience on my 2023 MDX Type S, the first experience with the service department should alarm other buyers from this dealership. From their lack of communication, their inaccurate information, the 6 inch scratch they put on my car, the sap all over the car from the tree they parked it under, their false promises, and their lack of actually rectifying the paint defect on my 3 month old MDX. Then they refuse to give your their district managers contact info, but her name is Stephanie Barker, she isn't able to talk to the customers from the shops she covers. Now they've told me since she isn't able to have a conversation with me I need to contact Acura Customer Care. I'll oblige and discuss the disaster of a experienceI've had, as well as filing a BBB complaint, a complaint with the GA Attorney General, and reviews on various social media sites. It's unfortunate because my purchase experience with Keyur was great. Buyer beware and stay away from the service department, Hector and Alejandro are nice guys but inapt to manage a luxury dealership service department.

My experience at Acura Carland was exceptional and amazing. I have nothing but good things to say, especially about Joshua Wei! He was so helpful and make my buying process as painless as possible. I was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours with my new car! 10/10 recommend if you’re in the market trying to purchase a vehicle.
