Alcon is a business with nice people. For visitors, check in with security between doors 4 and 5, then ring the buzzer at door 9. For truck drivers coming to the location on Johns Creek Parkway, ignore the no trucks sign and use the second entrance that says shipping and receiving. Take wide turns and take up as much space as you can. The back-in to the dock is super easy and they load you in no time. Customers report getting in and out within an hour. Employees say it is a decent job and a good company to work for, though some note the pay isn't really keeping up with the market and the 12 hour shifts are hard. Customers who have used Alcon products are beyond happy with the superior product, seeing the world in a clearer, brighter, and more colorful light.
I work at this location. It's a decent job and a good company to work for. I took off 2 stars because the pay isn't really keeping up with the market for my field, the health insurance network is very small and the 12 hour shifts on my feet are really hard on me.
