Since I had only recently come to the United States, it was not easy to sign up for car insurance, and inevitably the insurance premiums were calculated at a fairly large amount, which was difficult. However, the customer kindly, calmly, and professionally compared and explained various items, making it the most efficient and effective option from the customer's perspective. If I could give a zero I would. This is the worst agent ever. Poor customer service. They do not communicate with you at all. Mina Chae is not knowledgeable at all. Mina has no idea as to what she is doing. Quentin has moved to another location on Buford Hwy, same agent, but he was no better. Amy Park sits back and don't seem to care how they operate as long as she gets her money.
