zero stars if possible. Employees are so rude and unhelpful everytime. Our car broke down last october and we are STILL having issues

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I filed a claim on December 26th and I have only spoke with the adjuster one time which was January 3rd. I have been calling for the last 4 weeks now and still have not received a call back after numerous messages were left. This is unacceptable.

I was supposed to receive my device the next day, but it came 2 days later. Other than that great customer service. I really did not like being 2 days without a phone. I wish that you all would have emailed me to tell me what the problem was with my old phone. Glad to have my new refurbished phone that works great. Thanks... read full comment
