This was a terrible experience. The second time I went back, I couldn't even open the reservation machine at the entrance several times. The same person I met the first time came out from behind, greeted the people in line behind me, and asked other staff to help. It was awful! I hope anyone who sees this will avoid going there. I urge company management to address this issue as soon as possible.

I always love when I encounter professional people, Frances was amazing with helping me pick out my phone. Fix the settings on my phone and helping me to understand all the things. She also got me an amazing deal and when I needed to call the store back, she gave me her idle time I would recommend this store for anybody they really rocked and I had no wait time.

Jason helped me a lot with my phone process. It was fluid and easy. The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone. The manager is French, she is a manager, she is great, very informative.

Honestly if I can give a negative rate I would and giving AT&T service( mostly Duluth location) a 1 star is really generous. I was lied to about some promotions, which I should have known better because it sounded too good to be true. Now am stuck with a phone I don’t want, $150 monthly bill just for a phone service, n can not go back to t mobile. Been with t mobile for a long time ( trust me hey are better and have great customer service too) n I should’ve not trusted these guys from AT&T. NEVER AGAIN, do not trust AT&T service because they are not truthful. They will lie to you and you will be stuck with a large bill.

These guys lied to me about a promotion they had. Pressured me into getting a “free” iPhone 15 when my phone was fine. Right away, I was paying installments that they lied about. Also, I was told that on top of the phone bundle, my internet bill would drop $20 from $65 a month to $45 a month. These guys are dishonest and lured me into this nonsense. I’ve been waiting for months to see the change on my bill, and nothing. I’ve already cancelled my internet plan. Called corporate several times and they said I was lied to. Don’t trust this store.

I stopped in today to change my device. I worked with Fran and she was very kind and patient despite our language difference. The store was very clean and there was not much waiting time.

The rep at the store was great and very helpful. It was a female and a male and they both helped me out and they were easy to talk to and very friendly and inviting. They also told me if I have any questions or problems to make sure that I come back to the store for help. It was a great experience.
