Went to the Service Dept to replace the COVER of my passenger side mirror. Mind you, mirror works, just a crack on the glass cover. No urgency. They charged me $616 and I paid it. Drove home and found out work had NOT been done. Dishonesty, incompetence or negligence (pick two); point is I had to drive there day after I picked up my car, quite annoyed. They then do the work BUT demand $85 extra on phone for some part, which I refused to pay. The so called Service Manager (boss of my service advisor) then on the phone threatened to undo the work. YES SERIOUSLY. After taking $600 and NOT doing the work. What a fool. What audacity.I told the carnival barker that he would have to pay me for the hour I drove to bring it back and to come back for my car. My time is worth more than $85 and I will be there in 5 minutes (I was almost there in their loaner). When I got there the two clowns cowered in shame and gave me my car sans $85. Jim Major, your manager is all by himself a carnival of idiocy, lacks common sense and should find another line of work. At the minimum he should take a lesson in customer service. You know who I am; you are free to call me again so I tell you where I want to shove $85.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealer approx one year ago. It had an issue upon purchasing that we were promised would be corrected "over the air" and was given an IOU (which we asked for) and was told was a simple process. A year later the problem still has not been corrected and has been in the Mercedes repair shop twice (this time they have had our vehicle for a week and it is still there). I would not recommend purchasing from this dealer. The feature that was the strongest pull to purchase the car has never worked and we were mislead.

What an awesome customer care experience!! Finn was a complete gentleman! He is a natural people person, and in a very short time, my sister and I were speaking with him like we knew him for years. Also, he is quite perceptive and made great recommendations based on my questions, and helped me to find the car most suitable for me. In addition to my amazing salesman Finn, each person I encountered was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Eric helped us to wrap up in financing and his approach was easy going and not pushy. Kudos to you all for a job well-done!

This was by far the best experience I have had with a Mercedes Dealership. Jesse, the sales rep was the best. The entire experience from the sale, to the finance department and the tutorial to familiarize you with the new features was excellent. I would now call this my new Mercedes Dealer.

I have high expectations for an exceptional experience from a reputed car dealer like Mercedes, extending from the initial interaction with potential and existing customers to sales and service. My initial encounter with this dealership was around two years ago when I was in the market for a GLC 300. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific car I was looking for, so I promptly made my purchase from RBM in Alpharetta.I revisited this dealership last year due to a flat tire on a rainy day. The experience was disheartening. I was kept waiting for an extended period, and they asked me to leave my car overnight without offering any estimated timeframe due to their apparent busyness. This lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer-focused approach left me disappointed. I then drove cautiously to RBM, where my tire was replaced completely within two hours under warranty.Today, I faced another issue as the tire pressure indicator lit up on my dashboard. As I pulled into the dealership, I noticed that no one approached me. Despite waiting for a while, none of the employees acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. I rolled down my window and asked a passing lady if anyone was available. She mentioned she worked there and would assist me, disappearing into the building. I waited for another 5-10 minutes, but no one attended to me. Frustrated, I left my car and searched for help. Finally, I encountered a young man named Erhert. He inquired if I had been attended to, and upon hearing my negative response, assured me he would help. He promptly managed the tire pressure issue, and I could observe his efforts from the customer lounge. I genuinely appreciate Erhert's willingness to assist. This experience highlighted that not all employees at a Mercedes dealership possess the same service-oriented mindset as Erhert.For the management of this dealership, if they come across my review, I strongly suggest they reevaluate their employee training and instill a stronger service ethic among their staff, especially when dealing with Mercedes owners. The Mercedes service should consistently excel across various aspects. I am open to revising or editing my review based on the quality of service I receive during my next visit.

Just like coming home, I was greeted with warmth and happiness. I saw familiar faces from my last purchase and met a host of new members. Cooper was awesome and gave me a detailed tour of the vehicle and his card with no pressure. I called later that night told him I was interested and sent over paperwork. I returned the next day to a huge and pretty bow sitting on a beautiful car. Dee had papers for me to sign and Stephanie helped me set up all the comforts of the vehicle. The process was easy and the experience as always is amazing. The royal treatment from start to finish. Thanks to the entire staff. Nice to be back with the family.

Not a great experience. It took over a month to get an appointment because I needed a courtesy car to cover more than a day to have 30k service, factory recall and some paint damage fixed . When I arrived I was told the paint guy was on vacation. When I picked up my car no advisor. Upon reading through a stack of print outs on the work done on my car, I found out I needed 3 new tires which were in stock; would have been nice to have received a phone call from the advisor to tell me and ask me if I wanted the new tires. Would have saved me another trip. Additionally, it also would have been helpful to be told when the paint guy was available to do the repair. This is the 2x I’ve tried to get this repair done. It seems that Mercedes Benz Northeast is just too busy to provide quality service one would expect for the price of a luxury vehicle.

Good experience with my wife buying a new ‘23 GLC. Daniel Huang was very pleasant and easy with whom to deal. Kind of fast paced so some mistakes were made in getting the paperwork done correctly, ie the VIN from an earlier purchase order was brought forward on a different PO causing us to have to resign some dox and contact both our insurer and lien holder to clarify the error. Other than that and having vehicle delivered with door “shipping panel scratch protectors” still attached to the SUV, it was a good overall experience.

My experience was wonderful. Professionalism and courtesy goes a long way. It seems to be lacking these day but never at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta North. The quality of service that I receive from the staff members like Christy Hicks makes me never want to drive another car from anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

This is my first Mercedes Benz…Cooper was pleasant and professional. Buying vehicles is always a process, but he made it simple. I told him what I wanted and he delivered.My finance representative Dee was great. I gave him unrealistic #s and he showed me back to reality but it was a fun battle. I appreciated his time and effort to come close to the numbers I was comfortable with.Overall this was my best buying experience so thank you both and hopefully I will see you guys in the far far future~(when its time to upgrade)haha??

Very pleasurable experience. The sales(Nick) & the finance mgr(Eugene) were very helpful & professional. I have never experienced such a smooth transaction as it relates to buying a vehicle. 5 stars is not enough.

The sales reps are nice and explain the car details and features really well. They also let you test drive the cars.Facilities are clean and offer coffee and few snacks.The average review is due to inflated car price and extremely low trade in offer.The sales manager would not budge even a little on the price even when presented with other similar cars at lower price point.The trade in price was around 50% of what other major car dealerships were offering. Compare trade in/sell prices around. Don’t give money away.
