I really wanted to purchase a babylock embroidery machine... but instead bought a Brother. Just can't support atlanta sewing. Never have I been treated so rude. The staff ranges from clueless to obnoxious. and I overheard the manager talking about me..

Have bought several machines from Atlanta Sewing. The machines are great, and the customer service can’t be beat. Wonderful store.

I went to the Marietta store yesterday with a friend to look at a long arm quilter. There were three women working at the store and not one greeted us. My friend had never been to the store and was shocked that we walked around for a few minutes with no one asking us if we needed help. I had to go to the back room and yell "hello" to get a response. I asked about the Baby Lock Coronet and was told by one of the women that that was not the machine I should get. She said the Bernina one was better. I told her I'd done my research and wanted to see that one. I also saw two Berninas in the store and both were table models. She insisted that another woman show me the Bernina. I repeated to her that I wanted a machine with a frame. She left and sent someone else to help me. The machine I wanted to see was not in stock and she called someone to see if it was in the Duluth store. Busy signal. She also told me she though the machine was being discontinued. She took my name and phone number, but has not called me. I have bought a serger and and embroidery machine at this store. The customer service has always been poor. Any time I go in to buy thread, machine attachments, etc. they act like they're doing me a favor to let me buy from them. I'm done. I'll find someone else to service my machines and I'm sure there is another Baby Lock dealer within a hundred miles. The owner keeps saying they take comments into consideration and have changed....no, there haven't been any changes.

I love the women at this store. Always very friendly and customer service is outstanding. Every visit with them is always a learning opportunity. They take the time to listen and give you the best advice possible. I purchased a Baby Lock Allegro. I love my sewing machine, but not sure it it loves me back.... The threader and cutter are giving me challenges that I know I shouldn't have to go through for a new machine. I just started sewing on my Allegro, but the threads have been breaking after so many stitches. I would love to have in person training for babyLock as there is for the Berninas. Considering upgrading, but want to give my Allegro a try before I do. Shout out to Berninas machine. Thank you, Divia

This store has a nice selection of fabrics, a large wall of batiks, as while as other brands. What this store is missing is great customer service. Depending on who you are or who is working you may get greeted when you enter at the door or you might not get any help the whole time you in the store. I only go here when I can't find what I need from somebody else, because I don't feel appreciate in this shop.

I recommended a friend come here to get a Babylock machine, but they showed her a machine that was 10x her budget, and pushed her to buy a machine from a different brand and 3x her budget that didn't actually fit her needs. I was so embarrassed that I recommended the place. My own interactions have always been fine, but that behavior is unacceptable.

Always get exceptional service when I visit Atlanta Sewing Center. I have purchased 3 Bernina machines and 1 Horn Sewing Table. Everyone in the store is friendly and quick to help with any problems or issues. My sewing table took an extra month to arrive due to the pandemic, but Louise, the Manager, called me to give me an update on delayed arrival time. I have taken two basic classes and a mystery make class and have learned so much even in the basic machine classes. Overall I would say this is a great store with great products and a really great staff. I will definitely visit here for fabrics, notions, annual machine service, embroidery classes, and any sewing needs.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Amberly was super patient and very personable. In fact, the entire crew seemed was friendly and fun to chat with, we look forward to returning for classes and support. If you are local and seeking anything Bernina or Babylock, I highly recommend calling or stopping in

I loved this place. The set up is clean, smells fresh, and organized not only by brand but by what the products are used for. They don't have a huge amount of fabrics, this store is mainly sewing machine / replacement store and if the accessories isles in Joann's was expanded.Everyone was super friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. Emmet ( I believe their name is) was so helpful. They explained things in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot and helped me get the best price for the quality I wanted.I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out!

I had no idea which machine to purchase. Only requirement was that classes were available to learn how to use. I bought the model recommended by 2 associates, both assured me there were training classes and I would be contacted. Hearing nothing, Called the manager several weeks after purchase, was informed there were NO classes for that model, only classes for similar machines but I was not allowed to attend. I had a $1,000 new babylock and had never sewn. And when I picked up the machine, the associate who attempted a 5 minute introduction to become familiar with features was clueless, didn't even know how to use auto threader. I called the home office.. owner with numerous other complaints including being lied to about training classes... no response

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Beautiful fabrics. They also service my sewing machines once a year. Great selection of sewing and quilting notions as well. I highly recommend ASC. I shop at the Duluth location—the folks working there are very helpful.
