Chae was great! She helped me and my sister upgrade and set up our new phones and made sure that we had the best plan and took every opportunity to make sure we had every coverage/discount available to us! Would definitely come back!

The young man with glasses on the left side of entrance was extremely Rude. It seems best to avoid that kind of staff for this store as well.

The staff at this location are so rude. Everyone provides different information. One person said after you paid off phone you can wait 24 hours to unlock the phone and Itβs better that you stop by the store to unlock the phone. When I stopped the next day, the other person said you had to know the passcode. If you failed twice you had two wait one day or two days. And the attitude is just I donβt care.

My line was not working and I went to this store to get help by calling customer service and they told me that they do not do those favors. Taeyoung He was the person who did not offer me help, I will file a formal complaint.
