Update: I wrote to the email posted down below 3 days ago after you said you would try to help and I still didn’t get a respond.I will never buy another phone at this store again. They told me to mail my return phone in and said I should get my full refund but that never happened. My phone conveniently got ‘lost in the mail’ and they can not give me the refund. I’ve been going back and forth with first net, AT&T and the store and no one gets anything done.

I was having so much trouble with my new phone that was glitching real bad. The store manager was in there and was helping out one other person but she was very polite, I didn’t mind waiting. She was done with her quickly and as soon as I gave her my phone, she fixed it in an instant. It was very cool. I thought I was going to be in that store for my whole lunch break but I had so much time thanks to krystal. Most of the time when I go to any AT&T store I wait a pretty long time but thanks to her I got out of there lickety-split! Thanks AT&T and thank you Crystal!
