It was clear that they just tried to get me out the door. I really needed help with my trade-in due to being told one thing on the phone versus what actually happened. At the very least I wanted a trade-in receipt and the woman I worked with said “you should go to an AT&T store to get one”. Thought I was already at one when I asked. When I pushed about it she said there was nothing they could do. After the data hack with AT&T, it’s seeming like it’s time to switch service providers.

Yesterday i went to at&t thinking i was going to have a good costumer services but the person who was trying to help me didn’t know what she was doing she made me lose my instagram acc she was struggling on trying to recover it back for over 2 hours & not just She left when she saw us on the phone talking to apple customer service and she didnt even ask or gave me a screen protector or asked if i wanted a case for my phone , she was talking wit her group of coworkers instead and she didnt even give me a bag to put my phone inside worst customer service i ever had , At&t I know yall can do better.
