This is not for this AT&T store but they've made it impossible to write a review for AT&T headquarters as a whole, or even e-mail or contact them in anyway with a negative experience, so I'm leaving it here. I contacted AT&T through chat on their website to ask why my bill was so high.
I spoke to a representative named Skylar who was abysmal to speak with. She never answered any question I had directly and instead spoke in circles and came back with information that had nothing to do with what I asked.
I asked very simple questions such as "was my account charged X amount today?" "Why did you guys charge me double the amount that I signed a contract for?" and "What will my normal monthly bill be?"
It took us an HOUR AND A HALF to get the answers to these questions. She spoke in corporate jargon and lingo that was impossible to understand. I have TWO college degrees, an associates and a bachelors, and I could barely understand her. I told her I didn't study finance and to please talk to me like a human being and answer yes or no questions with yes or no. She refused and came back with paragraphs of fees and numbers and jargon to my simple yes or no questions.
When I paraphrased to see if I understood what she was saying correctly, she could not confirm if what I was paraphrasing was correct. She would always come back with more paragraphs of jargon and lingo and topics that had nothing to do with what I asked.
I asked for a manager dozens of times or to speak to someone else and she refused to get someone who could talk to me like a human being. It was SO bad I wondered if she was an AI bot. But no, she was just really bad at speaking like a human being.
In the end, I was stunned to find out it took us an hour and a half to reach a VERY simple answer to as why my bill had been so high and what it would be next month. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. My blood pressure was so high I got dizzy. An HOUR AND A HALF to find out why my bill was not what I expected and what my normal monthly bill should be.

I had a really great experience at the Johns Creek AT&T store. David and Jason answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect wireless plan for my family. Pricing was transparent, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this store.

Good lord don't have an issue that the person does not know how to address. Called today and had a couple questions and the gentleman hung up on me before I could get my questions out. Not happy with ATT right now.

Nani was great! Definitely ask for her if you come here. She was very patient, knowlagable, nice, honest and overall helpful in our visit. After changing my mind on the color of the phone and other details, she again stayed very patient and nice. All of this although we came close to the store closing.

Great place to go for help. I hate switching phones, and these guys made it so easy. Laid out options with what they have available in house. Really spent a lot of individual time with me to make the change. Watched my old and new phones while i had to go run an errand why my data transferred. Went back next day to get help with an issue that popped up, and they immediately fixed it. Cannot recommend this location enough!!

Go somewhere else, I told them add one more line to my account. They did not.
