Good lord don't have an issue that the person does not know how to address. Called today and had a couple questions and the gentleman hung up on me before I could get my questions out. Not happy with ATT right now.

Nani was great! Definitely ask for her if you come here. She was very patient, knowlagable, nice, honest and overall helpful in our visit. After changing my mind on the color of the phone and other details, she again stayed very patient and nice. All of this although we came close to the store closing.

Great place to go for help. I hate switching phones, and these guys made it so easy. Laid out options with what they have available in house. Really spent a lot of individual time with me to make the change. Watched my old and new phones while i had to go run an errand why my data transferred. Went back next day to get help with an issue that popped up, and they immediately fixed it. Cannot recommend this location enough!!

Adding this review to several store locations near me, just in case it helps someone else: We were walking out the door to go to a T-mobile store to discuss replacement of Xfinity, just to save some money, when the AT&T fiber people showed up. We signed up for a trial, which is being installed right now. We didn't even consider AT&T, and are somewhat disappointed in the mis-representations so far from the sales rep:1) that the AT&T modem (which includes a wireless connection) would be enough to cover the whole house, so we didn't need a repeater to get to the bedroom level; the install tech says that's not true, and I trust him more, and2) we could connect 30 devices simultaneously, when in fact, it's only 10, per AT&T chat support.

Han was great working with me to get trade in my old iPhone and get a new one. He is very friendly, courteous, and fast worker. My wife and I will recommend him at this store to anyone who needs a new phone or to upgrade one.

The reps here genuinely want to help you by explaining every little detail so we dont miss out on anything. I was only going to get one iphone but decided to get 2 another for my husband! great experience.

Stopped by the other day because I had a very difficult time setting up my esim, however the reps at the store were able to solve this super fast and now I am able to use my phone without any issues. This place is my new go-to!

Judith was great. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done and working before we left. Best AT&T store I've been to so far.

Judith at the store is very customer centric. I rarely review businesses but I feel compelled because of her going above what a normal ATT person would do. Excellent service!

Long wait. Inexperience workers. Did not listen to what I wanted or ask for.The reps openly being belittle by manager. Contradicting information about their promotion and deals. I was there for several hours just to upgrade to a phone that was not available. The reps were clueless on how much of a deposit I can put down.
