“My landscaper accidentally put a large scratch on the rear quarter of my 2014 Mustang with a backpack leaf blower, which obviously seriously upset me. Thankfully Ed came in for the rescue and was able to almost completely remove the scratch like it was never there. Not only did he keep me updated through the process with pictures, but he got it done quickly for a extremely fair price. Can’t recommend In Detail enough. “I recently got my Lexus RX 350 cleaned. They took about 2.5 hrs and did a decent job. There were some patches that I found out after returning home (around the side of the glovebox) that had some dust patches. I would give them a 4.2 rating of 5. The interior was feeling fresh and clean. My wife who drives the car, said it looked much better. So no complaints there.”

“We were visiting the area car shopping and needed to waste a little time. My husband and I decided to clean our vehicle. We found bamboo car wash. The wash was good but we much more satisfied with the customer service we were given while visiting. There was a lady that took a brush to our vehicle prior to entering the wash. She was not rushing and did a great job with making sure she got the windows and wheels. After exiting the car wash the lady came over and showed us what the cleaners were used for. She also volunteered to wash off our rubber floor mats. We then realized I left the switch on and killed my battery. There was a gentleman inside that didn’t hesitate to come out and jump my vehicle off. It was a very pleasant experience that I’ve never had at an automatic car wash before.”
