This review is directed at the sales manager, not the Sales Specialist. I went in on a Friday morning to test drive a vehicle. After the test drive, they offered me an initial quote, which I negotiated on for a lower Out-The-Door price. The manager printed out a quote with a lower price. I left the facility and returned in the afternoon with my partner. We negotiated the price down further after several hours of retrieving the vehicle which had been moved to another location. We got a pre-purchase inspection from a local mechanic. Finally, we were planning to sign the documents to purchase the vehicle.Suddenly the sales manager asks us to come into her office and shows us on her computer that she cannot honor the price that we negotiated because her computer would not allow her to take off some dealer mandated fees ($1600 in total). We were not informed of this before we finished the deal. And the manager made the mistake to omit it on the quote that I signed to seal the deal. She refused to correct her mistake by lowering the price of the vehicle to offset the dealer fee she could not change on her computer software.My wife and I wasted my entire afternoon/evening and had to cancel a dinner appointment. The sales manager ruined my experience with this dealer and I am wondering if she and the dealership violated the law for not honoring a deal on a quoted price.

It has been a long time since I have seen old school professionalism. I called over the phone to inquire about a specific vehicle they had in stock and was apprehensive about driving 3 and a half hours to be disappointed but took a chance. To my surprise not only was it what they claimed but even better. Attention to detail in every aspect. Well mannered, sharp dressed, and a dealership of used vehicles that looked and drove as new as a used car could be. The experience was completely stress free which is not typical of buying used. My next vehicle, I will be calling them 1st.

BEWARE OF FEES & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Honestly, I don't think they deserve a star. They charge you thousands in fees for dealer options that aren't really options because you can't opt out of the dealer options.My experience started off with me reaching out about a vehicle that I saw advertised on Facebook Marketplace. I reached out to the person that posted the ad on a car for $22,500. I asked for the dealership information so I could look at the vehicle. He avoided the question and wanted to call me so I gave him my information. On the phone he again ignored my question about the dealership information so I could come see the car. We agreed on a time eventually and he said he would send me the dealership information via messenger. I never got it and he was not responsive when I messaged him asking for the information. I did a lot of research and located the car myself and was driving to see the vehicle at the dealership location where the car was when he called demanding to know when I'd be there. I told him that I am driving to the location of the vehicle (which was not his lot). He told me he had the car moved to his location. So, I changed my route and drove to his lot even though I was hesitant to work with him based on his already poor communication.Let me just say that I drove 1 1/2 hours to the lot for this car that was at the very top of my budget. I took it for a test drive and then was advised that the car was approximately $4000 more than what was advertised. The additional fees included sales tax, title, registration and an $800 documentation fee. When I asked where the rest of the $4,000 comes from, I was told that it comes from dealer options. A security/tracking device, rear assist, and one other feature make up the rest of the additional $4,000 and are called dealer options except you can't opt out because they are already installed on the vehicle. They are installed on all of the vehicles.At this point I was very frustrated and done with the dealership and ready to move forward with a different vehicle from another seller but the sales representative insisted that I come in because he is going to work the numbers. Well long story short, he didn't. They wanted somewhere around $27,500 for a car they advertised for $22,500 because of their dealer options and very overpriced $800 document fee. Now, I know that a lot of dealerships have fees and buyers should expect to pay sales tax, title, and registration, but $4,000 is very excessive and it is shady to charge almost $2,000 in dealer options that aren't optional. When a person or business says something is an "option" that indicates that you can opt in or opt out of whatever feature or service. Features already installed on a vehicle should be included in the advertised price. Putting some tiny disclaimer on the website is sneaky. Hidden fees and tiny disclaimers don't promote trust!Clearly, there are some that didn't mind the fees or maybe the dealership was more willing to negotiate for other customers because there are some good reviews from happy customers, but my experience was very poor from the start and just went down hill. There is a large dealership that includes all of the costs including tag, title, tax, document, and any other fees in the advertised price of the vehicle. I commend dealerships that do this because it is helpful for those on a budget that can't stretch it for $4,000 in fees. I wasted an entire day to look at a vehicle I couldn't afford because of hidden fees and I was not treated well. I would not have looked at this vehicle and would not have driven and spent my entire day for a car that was out of my budget. Live and learn. I will never give my business to Auto Gallery and would not recommend them for anyone's car sales needs.

Thank you guys!*update* so when I bought the car they didn’t point out this tiny crack in the windshield until AFTER I purchased the car so they sent somebody out to replace my windshield now I have this GIGANTIC CRACK in the middle of my windshield from the technicians and now everyone’s avoiding me..BE CAREFUL

I have been looking for a reliable used vehicle for month. A lot of times the picture doesnt match the vehicle you have come to see so when i got to Auto Gallery Duluth, I was expecting more of the same. That was not the case, vehicle looked exactly like the picture. I went inside and was immediately greeted by Jaimee and Vu. I worked with Jaimee and he was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I had lots of questions and he either answered them himself or got me someone who could. He even had Scott, who is also awesome, call me to make sure I was good with my purchase and answer my questions. Thank you guys ?

Buyer beware... I purchased a 2020 ford expedition from this dealership, and was hard sold on the warranty, I did get it, which is something I usually don't purchase since I drive for a living and would be out of the warranty range by the time something happens, once I got the vehicle I drove to a drive in car wash, since they wouldn't clean it for me, after coming out of the car wash I noticed the rear passenger side spoiler had peeled away from car frame, I called the dealership the next day, spoke to a young lady who stated the manager was off that day, but he'd call me back the next day, I never received a call back, so I bared the expense, since I really needed the vehicle for work, but after paying for the repair, I decided to go ahead and get rid of the extended warranty, because under normal circumstances I wouldn't need it, two weeks after cancellation the car started losing power, I took it to a Ford dealership near where I was, they informed me that the transmission had gone out, and it would be 10,000 to repair... I called the dealership, spoke to the manager, who basically stated that I should've kept the warranty, then blew me off... Of course after the transmission went out, I realized why they hard sold me on the warranty, it's obvious they already knew there was a transmission issue, and wanted to get rid of the vehicle, and sell it with a warranty, but the consumer wouldn't be privy to that information... This happened exactly 30 days after I purchased the vehicle, and these shysters didn't offer any assistance and getting the situation correct... Please do your due diligence before purchasing with this dealership as they are unscrupulous... It was actually the Gainesville location, but I learned later they had the vehicle over a year in Duluth, then moved it over to the Gainesville location... I've purchased many cars for my business and never encountered such a deceiving dealership.

Very upset that I drove an 1hr to Auto Gallery was told that the vehicle I wanted was available Gle 450 Amg to my surprise the vehicle is not available.Buyers bewareI would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They made me drive an hour away to see a car that they did not even have in stock stated a “Manager had it out” and they were not able to contact Him/Her.It was a complete waste of my time and gas money. In which the manager with a very arrogant attitude, Elise Sincich stated she wouldn’t make it right with reimbursing me for gas. The salespeople was good but they put him in a very difficult situation. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not trust this dealership again." “Nor Recommend”.
