Excellent care at Banfield Pet Hospital on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Duluth! My dog, Chiwis (Cheez whiz), was treated effectively for his vomiting and lack of appetite and is now doing much better. The team was also very gentle with him.

I just wanted to come on here and give Angela a big shoutout! I mean she’s amazing and the way she treated my dog Ella was amazing my dog absolutely loves her! She made her feel loved … my dog can get a bit of anxiety when at the vet but Angela made her feel at ease and at home ! Love her so much

Worst service ever do not sign up for the pet care plan it’s a scam and they will stalk you and charge your credit card for the rest of your life even 13 years after your dog is dead they will chase you down for collections

Not only was my first visit with them free, but everyone was extremely nice and took great care of my cat. Marie at the front desk was especially sweet, we will be coming back.

I cannot explain how dissatisfied I have been with this vet as a whole. I was an idiot who did not do enough research and clearly that’s where i went wrong enough to choose Banfield. They only care about money and wasting time. They sell this “wellness plan” to you as a “monthly service” without disclosing to you that you have to PAY TO LEAVE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only did they lose my kittens fecal sample..literally how, but they gave us the generic “he has dermatitis” when in actuality he had a SEVERE FUNGAL INFECTION on his skin. THE INCOMPETENCE IS ASTOUNDING. I trusted them to give my five week old rescue the care he deserves but isn’t i got scammed and now have paid 200$ to know nothing but he’s a boy..as if i couldn’t tell myself. Additionally, the “appointments” are a joke. Make an appointment for 4:30 like i did? you won’t be seen until 5:45. Then, they’ll make you wait more but at least you’re in a private room?Another 20 minutes will go by before a nurse will speak to you for 5 minutes and then wait for 10 before the actual vet talks to you for even less! Then you’ll be waiting until THEY ARE MOPPING OUTSIDE WHILE CLOSING to actually check you out and scam you for all you’re worth, all in the name of “caring!” If you care for your pets, i am BEGGING YOU to find somewhere else.

I took my dog in to this location for her comprehensive exam. Fist time at this location for us. Dropped her off early AM and that day they closed at 330 or something. After not hearing a word from them all day I finally just showed up at 3 before closing time to see what was going on. Apparently there had been an issue in the back, a dog fight of some sort? Very odd and no explanation. Finally they brought my dog out amd not once did I speak to the vet. I have been a banfield member for over 9 years and have never Not had the vet come out. I know they didn't do a thorough exam, for multiple reasons. Im leaving this review bc Today, while no longer living in georgia I received an email thanking me for my recent visit on june 15th? Looking further into it they processed my account for more flea and tick and I don't even live in that sate any more! I hated that experience and was never going to go back or complain but after the recent email I received I had to say something. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS LOCATION. there are other banfield pet hospitals that will Actually care for your pets.
