Yep. They suck. As so many others have noted, we all know there is a pandemic. B of A didn't get the memo. I understand shorter hours and limited exposure but CLOSING staffed drive thrus?? Why?? Elderly folks like my dad do not use online banking nor do they have an ATM card. Since Covid started that means I have to hunt around for branch open -- and online hours are NOT updated-- to make his deposits to keep him out of the branch. As soon as some of this is safer, we will be moving all my dads business elsewhere. B of A is simply trying to save $$ vs saving lives.

Due to COVID, many BOA locations are closed and the ones that are open have very limited hours (10AM-4PM on weekends and 9AM-1PM on Saturdays) with long lines. This one is open, but there was a line inside and outside the building. It took a while to get to the teller, but the employees were trying to get the line moving.

It took forever to even get inside the building. It was extremely hot, and only two tellers were working. At one point two more tellers came out to help with one person each and then left. I ended up waiting in line at least 30 minutes. After getting inside and finally reaching a teller, she refused to take my deposit. She claimed that you cannot deposit a personal check into a business account, but yet I have been doing it for years at other Bank of Americas. They just did not want to help because they were being lazy. I ended up going to a different bank where they took the check into my business account with no questions asked. They are rude, unhelpful, and full of crap. It is not wonder people have always said this location is bad. Never going back.

I wish I could give you a zero. I can't believe you all only have few banks open and only 2 tellers with over 40 people in line. This is very poor management it's 4 months into this plandemic and you would think you guys figured customer service out but hmmm I guess not.

Why do I even bank here? It's 4:30, been here for 20 minutes already, and the line hasn't progressed. Estimated tome is another 20-30 minutes? I am waiting to speak with someone and only one person is working on the offices, and he's on the phone instead of helping the people physically here. Waste of my time.

I was at a bank down the street and the staff were so rude and inappropriate at that branch . I came to this branch after being so fed up , and it took no less then 10 minutes to get me happy and leave wanting to bank here and here only from now . People . COME HERE. The staff are so kind and welcoming , and such great customer service . I wish I can give them 10 stars . Other branches should train here and then leave . The lady manager working on Monday afternoons are a deligh. Came back . And it was trash on my 2 Nd visit . Don't bank at any Bank of America in Duluth . Just not worth the wait . They got rid of the kind lady that was once here and now there's a witch that showed up in her place . Another non efficient working structure unattended by management . Next bank down the street will treat you a little more nicely .

This branch is very slow. Always has one teller serving such a long line. A customer has to spend between 30 mins to 1hr for just a simple transaction. Management please look into that. Add at least one more tellers.

I would rate this branch .5 star if I could..... The location was short handed and customers were waiting 15-20minutes to make a despot or withdrawal.

Yet another BOA that has chosen to forgo customer service and convenience (Drive thru window) in order to save a couple of bucks on salary. Way understaffed. Two tellers working the Monday lunch crowd? Good planning. 14 people in line. Took 20 minutes

Really lovely ladies at this branch! With several people in front of me and only one bank teller, I still had a speedy and pleasant visit. I hope it's always like this, especially during peak hours and weekends!

Friendly staff, fast transactions, but could get really busy. They have an atm machine inside the building on the left side, so it's really convenient if you just want to make a deposit. The drive thru transactions are also very fast. This is my go-to bank of America.
