I went in to get the battery replaced on my watch which had lifetime warranty on it and it was a great experience. Josh, the employee was extremely friendly and helpful and we went out of the way to get my battery replaced even though other stores in Georgia stop working on some brands like mine (Tissot). Great customer service!

I had bought the battery replacement lifetime for my Tesla car key fob- I came in and they said it’s not in stock and they have to order it- maybe in 2 or 3 day it will arrive and just come back- I did come back 3 days later and they still say they don’t have it and they will call me when it’s in- they took down my number and I waited and waited but no one ever call me back- I went on Amazon and bought the replacement battery myself- they sell you this “LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT” but they never have to battery in stock to replace it is such a freaking SCAM! Ridiculous

The guys here were very helpful! Got my phone battery changed in an hour and it works like a charm! Beats buying another 1k phone when nothing else is wrong with the device. Thanks guys!

Great experience getting an iPhone battery replaced. Tech was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Google maps has the old location. The store is actually in the strip mall next to Citi Trends.

Battery Plus programmed a new key fob for my Infiniti Q50 2014. I had lost one of my original key fobs and only a dealership or a locksmith could program a new one. However, Battery Plus was also able to do it with ease and at a reasonable price. I paid only $70 plus tax for the programming service. The only requirement was that I had to bring a genuine blank (virgin) key fob, which I bought online from eBay. I was very satisfied with the speed of their work.
