This bank is near where I live and I went to this bank 3 times just to meet this worker, Smita Brahman who is lazy and rude and wouldn’t help me on anything. The first time was for my credit transfer and she told she couldn’t do it but when I went to a different Truist bank, they did it right away for me. And the last two times, I went to this bank for 14 check copies, she charged me $5 for each copy when it’s actually free and I when told her that, she told me to go somewhere else instead. I went to another bank and the worker at bank told me it was supposed to be free and they don’t know why she charged me. I don’t know why she still has a job when she doesn’t even do anything. So, I recommend not going to the bank when Smita Brahman is around.

Truist is the absolute worst. They will freeze ALL your accounts for a check that they want to verify. Instead of doing what ALL other banks do which is DO NOT clear that check until it is verified. By the way, they won’t tell you your accounts are frozen, how ever they will let your accounts keep accepting funds but they won’t let you take any money out. Completely fraudulent. Stay away. And they want to preach that they are the best bank for Small businesses. By the way my Accounts are still frozen going on week 2. With thousands of dollars in the account for an $800 check. SCAM !!!!

I’ve had such horrible experiences with Suntrust, and even worse now that it’s Truist. I switched banks altogether because of the excess fees they charge. I’m now with a bank that doesn’t charge fees just to have a checking account, and that doesn’t take 45 mins to process anything.

Had to deposit a business check and the system tried to put a hold on my check, Susan reversed the hold getting my check deposited momentarily and for my troubles gave me a $25 gift card. Awesomeness!! at it's best! Merry Christmas Susan!

This is a fantastic branch. I had an issue with a check deposit and they fixed in minutes. I’ve been with BB&T since High school and they’ve always had great customer service.

Went to this location and attempted to deposit money into the ATM. Needless to say the count didn't add up to what I actually deposited. Called the location and spoke to Maddie... She was awesome! Love when banks put forth the effort to help with a solution versus not being able to offer anything except an "I'm sorry" response. Thanks Maddie!

Went to this bank first time and it will be my last. They make you feel little !! I am glad will not have to deal with them again. HORRIBLE
