They have a wide range of beads, natural gems, jewelry making supplies, findings, and handmade designs. The prices are very reasonable and great, especially during sales. The customer service is great, exceptional, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, sweet, accommodating, professional, and pleasant. The staff, including the owner, are extremely kind, happy to answer questions, and go above and beyond to assist in finding the perfect beads. They provide valuable insights and ensure satisfaction. It is a highly recommended, favorite, and go-to bead store in Duluth, GA, and Atlanta, considered a gem of a store. Visitors have completely wonderful experiences and could spend hours there. It is absolutely worth a visit and definitely worth returning to, including for classes.

The young girl, and her mother, that worked there was SO nice and helpful. We found a few jewelry tools we needed and some really nice beads. The prices were good as well.
