We had booked a block of rooms for wedding. They accommodated us very well. Also we had some snacks for the guests and they let us use part of the breakfast room for our guests.
Amazing staff, great rooms and the management team went above and beyond.

Stopped in late last night for a room, the guy behind the desk was very pilot and nice, the room was surprisingly clean and did not smell! It was quiet and I didn’t notice any shady activity! Pancakes and bacon sausage and eggs cereal and muffins for breakfast the next morning! We would definitely stay here when passing through!

I can't say too much about the service, except I can tell you that the guy who checked us in (Indian) was very friendly and kind every time we've been there. There is a man, however, in the morning/day that works there that can come off extremely rude and unhelpful…. Haven't had any issues with any rooms we've had as far as cleanliness is concerned, but one time our room's tub had a very slow drain. It must have taken nearly 10 minutes for a couple inches of water to go down.
So as to why we would choose to go here… well, the location is definitely great (even though there are many hotels around the area)… the rooms are clean, quiet, and check out time is perfect for those who want to sleep in the extra hour, after doing some of the many things that are available there late into the early morning, or having a food coma from all the great eateries nearby ?. Parking has never been a problem either.

Jonathan was very professional and helpful. Jasmine also polite. I would refer them to anyone ( rooms was clean and spacious. In a good location near restaurants ,movie theater and plenty of stuff to do. Thanks for the great service

My wife and I stayed here for a week when we came to town for a conference, and the man at the front desk Al, was the most helpful and kind man! He was very friendly, and after we checked in he emailed us with a “get to know the area” breakdown that was extremely informative. You can tell he really enjoys his job.

Excellent location ? and reasonable prices are definitely reasons to return! They have a hot breakfast daily and clean rooms. What more could you ask for?

As someone who travels a lot on business trips
This place is incomparably friendlier and cleaner than any other place around, including the price.

It's clean, there's no smell, the staff is really friendly, the location is great, and it's perfect. I think I'll use this hotel often when I come to Atlanta in the future.

Checked in on Friday, March 15 around 3:45pm. The guy at the desk was wonderful and accommodating. (Apologies for not having names which is why I’m specifying times) I returned to the front desk maybe 9pm or so that evening after dinner to get an additional key because of course, I left my keys in my room…A different guy from check in was present. He verified my name, made the key, and yelled and slammed the key on the counter…There was a bus load of people (literally) to witness this. On account of, I know that he was in the middle handling the bus load and he was alone…However, it’s never a good idea to lose your cool like that when working in customer service. Perhaps you should do something like stocking, inventory, or work with animals instead of people…I felt safe at this location, parking was easy, breakfast was Ok (2.5/5), hotel was clean. Everyone else was pleasant, but sometimes it just that one bad apple that spoils the bunch.

No Confusion & I Stayed 2 Nights & Earned A Free Night At Any Best Western If I’m Not Mistaken , Everything Is Clean ! Breakfast Was A Plus ! I Will Be Coming Back Here , The Front Desk Clerk Are All Welcoming & About Business ?♂️

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Atlanta and we love it! We’ve come about twice every year for the last 6 years and each time it’s fantastic, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They have a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and a meat (either bacon, link sausage, or patty sausage), they have the best pancakes, different breads, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. I highly recommend this hotel, i know we will be coming back again in a month. Lol

Hotel called the police on me after i smoked cigarettes in my car in their parking lot. I was outside in my car, left to go get a slushie from qt came back smoked another cigarette and duluth police showed up. Handed the officer my id and room key for him to run. Duluth police verified that i was a registered guest and let me go on my way. Not staying here again and i wouldnt sleep in front of a hotel with my car running in plain view of the front desk. At no time was i approched by hotel staff prior to them calling duluth police.
