Please don't go to this gas station, I went with my 2 little girls, and the guy at the counter is rude and won't allow you to use the bathroom. Even if you are going to purchase snacks, please don't go.

Worst gas station I've been to in a long time. You can't use the bathroom, it's blocked off. The food selection is the worst including drinks. It's dirty and I wouldn't dare try the coffee.

Used my AMEX card at pump and purchased $40.02 worth of unleaded gas... immediately looked at my online banking and this gas station charged me $125.00... my vehicle holds nowhere nearly that amount. I've called a few times, but no one answers; a fax signal picks up. Yes, I am disputing this with AMEX!!!!!
I have my receipt to prove the validity of my statement! Never again will I be going to this BP!!!!!!

Unsure of what or why every single male employee has a massive attitude problem, but they unequivalently have one. Big time. Communal stick up the butt? Non-stop male PMS?Plus, Dirty Poorly stocked store. Old candy. Hard. Dusty.No bathroom.A homeless man resides 24/7 on the side of the building to provide security. Which is great until you factor in his increasingly unhinged aggressive behavior! Truly, frightening.I could use all my characters to describe how rude each employee has been. Just go to Shell. Even if it's a little more inconvenient. Or, QT is right down the street. Either of these has newer and much wider selections.Please, don't endorse the behavior of entitled unapologetically rude men!!!

The attendant at this place is a menace to society. We stopped in the way to the ice rink near by to fill up gas and for my toddler to use the restroom. We pulled in, spent maybe 2 minutes in our car while we cleaned up trash in the car to throw away. I get out with my daughter and throw the trash away, and the guy starts banging on the window yelling at me to get out from the cashier window. I asked him if there was a problem because I honestly didn’t know why he was screaming at us. He proceeds to cuss me out using lots of flagrant language in front of my daughter and other customers and I told him to watch his language. He then got even louder, got out his camera and started taking pictures of my license plate. I put my daughter in the vehicle and strapped her into her seat while he continues to follow us to the car and keep screaming. We didn’t use the restroom or get gasoline bc of this man. BP needs to do something about this man. He clearly has issues that need dealt with. But he is not fit to work in any environment that requires human interaction.

Do shop here! Was throwing away items and then before pumping gas and store manager began telling me to move off the property and was yelling and began to use words that are not appropriate for google. I called the police to file a report.

This guy had to be seriously mad at something else at home. He should have cameras working to Verify All of what I'm fixing to say. So I came up to pump and was there about 2-3 minutes when I went inside to get coffee and use the restroom. I proceeded to restroom as sign on door says, Out of Order and underneath says, Customers Only. So I figure I could use the bathroom 1st before grabbing what I needed. He came to his Entrance/Exit door to his personal part and said, Is that your truck at his pump and continues to say I've been there for 2 hours. There was no way in Hell he believed that because I had just pulled up. He then says, Leave, yelling and getting very outrage. I then try coming him down explaining that I just pulled up... He was not hearing nothing I was saying. He was very very rude... Rude is not even the word I want to use because that's not showing any justice on How he really was. I was in shock how he was acting. I then go around to the front counter asking him, what's wrong with him and how he was acting. I told him I was recording him and how he was acting, that's when he grabs his phone and start recording me. It was unbelievable how he was! I wish corporate can pull his cameras to look from the time I came till the time I left. He's very unfit for business and needs to be shut down immediately. The BBB will here about this as well as Corporate and the higher ups in this matter. I still in shock as I'm writing this. His picture is Below. Unbelievable!!!

I work for Major company and deal with people everyday. I came to this guy store and was trying to use the restroom and get a coffee before headed to my job. He flipped out and said I was a his pump for 2 hours. I have GPS on my truck and also he should have cameras as well to show I wasn't. I actually just had pulled up. Was headed to restroom when sign say customers only which was not a big deal. The big deal was how he came off at me with a attitude you wouldn't believe! It has to be something else he's mad at because ain't no way he acted like that. Unbelievable! I couldn't believe it myself how he started yelling saying, get out at me... This seriously happen and All I can say is the devil is Super busy. If he looked at his cameras, he would apologize to me seriously. Corporate will be found for this business and need to investigate the incident which should be all on cameras. I told this guy I was recording him and he go and get his phone and start recording me. It was Unbelievable how he acted and I'm still Shocked. Don't visit this store as he is very rude to the point of no return. He has to be going through something, but how he acted, I can't believe it still....

Excessive prices. Now I understand why I rarely see people at this gas station. The owner is price gouging, and from the other reviews, it seems he he hires terrible people. Don't come here. There is a Shell across the street and a QT not very far down the street.Hey, Mr BP Owner. After reading your reply to my review and others, it seems like all you do is make excuses. You know customers are unhappy with your pricing and the level of "service" provided by your staff - but you don't really care. I'll never get anything from your store, and it looks like I won't be the only one. Eventually, you will go out of business, and someone else will build a successful business in that location.

This place has ridiculous prices a $.99 Arizona tea cost 1.59 and plus I bought a iPhone charger and as soon as I got in my car to use it.. it didn’t work!!! It had a short in it when I went to the cashier to tell him I just bought this charger he said sorry, no refunds or exchanges. What a waste do not spend your money here!! Bad customer service selling cheap stuff overpriced buyer beware

How do you kick a 70 year old lady put the store because she used your restroom and ended up not buying anything. This man has kicked 5 people including my teenage son out of his store. You should treat people the way he treats us. We are paying customers and if you don’t have what we are looking for you shouldn’t kick us out. And tell us don’t come back. Crazy people
