They trying to be u haul, but they can never. First of all they said they have the truck They said they do one way then when you call they say oh there's no oneway available for my area after it stays online they have it. Then when I called to cancel they say they going to cancel but charge my bank card without receiving any service. Don't use them.

Hands down the friendliest customer service I have ever gotten anywhere!! The lady and the man was nice I left like bad person for not interacting with them enough. They were like excited to see us. Whether their enthusiasm was fake or real is irrelevant. With their demeanor I will happily deal with rental issues. This is the smoothed and friendliest rental experience I ever had anywhere.

The people working there were nice but the business practices are poor. I rented a car and called ahead to ask if I could pick up the car an hour early. They said yes but didn't mention that a 1-hour early pickup would charge me an entire extra day of rental. When I saw the charge on my card for 2 days of rental and called to inquire they told me it was written on the contract and they weren't able to make any exceptions. If I had known there would be a charge of an additional 24 hours for a 1 hour early pickup I would have not picked it up early.

We had reservations for a rental truck last Saturday and we got notified the day before that the truck may not be available. So we called Budget and they said they had nothing available and that they were doing us a favor by not billing us the cancellation fee (you know, for the truck we reserved and they said we later couldn't have because they no longer had any trucks). Funny story though, we happened to drive past this location in the morning the day we were moving using our cars instead of the truck (would have saved gas and time) and they had plenty of trucks sitting on the lot. Not sure what that's all about but i won't be attempting to use this location ever again.

This is a family business and I totally support them. I have many positive experiences using them and a couple of bad experiences which they have no control of. They were very apologize when things went wrong. I have moved my medical business two times using their trucks and they were very accommodating. I also used them when I needed car rentals. They will upgrade when the reservations are messed up. Support your local business.

Amazing experience! I rented recently and could not give enough praise to the crew of this Budget/Cruise America location. The rental went smoothly and I felt taken care. I will absolutely be coming back for all my rental needs! Thank you again!!

DO NOT RENT WITH BUDGET!!! I had a rental called this location left SEVERAL MESSAGES because I could not get any help from the 800 number to pull up my rental. NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 3900!!!! Do not rent

Went to this place as recommended by Cruise America because our RV was having some issues. He was nice and said he would try to figure out what’s wrong. Then, he kept saying that it was a “mystery” to him and wouldn’t tell us how long he expected to take. Then he called cruise America and told them he could fix the problem but we didn’t have time. Such a liar! He didn’t know how to fix the problem he just lied. DON’T ever go to him.

Responding to bad review left by Himadri Stringham, we take pride in the service and regret that you felt a need to twist the facts to harm our business. You did not rent a truck or RV from our location, we were extremely busy and offered to help you with a problem you had with another Cruise America location(nothing to do with our Budget business). We did this to help you and as I told you we are not a repair center and were extremely busy that day. I tried to address the many issues you mentioned with the RV including user error issues. You had an issue with the water system which we could not resolve, but when I suggest to simply using the water holding tanks you said was to inconvenient which is quite ridiculous. When I tried to fix your lighting issue and told you it would take little time to fix as I had to run a new electrical wire you become upset and complained about it taking to long and your children needed to eat! As I mentioned was not my issue to resolve, was only being nice perhaps you shouldn't chew out someone try to help you next time.

Like others, I rented through online and did try multiple times to call and confirm the reservation, is it was critical for me to obtain a 26ft truck dock high. Not only did I not receive a response to the multiple calls, when I did finally talk to them they mentioned that it was the end of the month and they couldn't even service their regular customers...which likely means they gave my truck to someone else. The problem isn't that they were oversold, it was the complete lack of response from the manager/owner, who NEVER answers the phone or responds to VM. Steer clear and if you are desperate, say a prayer.

Horrible experience. So bad that Budget Territory manager is going to pay a visit to this branch. Rented 2 26ft trucks. Called 3 times to confirm trucks would be ready...booked 3 days in advance. Get there...no trucks. Lady & inventory manager say they called & left voicemails...they did not. Said they sent an email...which she did...30 minutes before we got to the location. Told me I needed to check my emails more often. Spoke with Budget corporate & after that told the branch lady what Budget told me. I was then asked to leave her office as there was nothing she could do and if she could help she wouldn't. She then said that I did not leave a message on their voicemail asking to confirm the rental and providing my tel number...I did leave a message, she was being snarky and said it with a smile on her face. While we were there they were delivering beat up R.V.s DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This location has very poor customer service and has been an unpleasant experience for my family and I. For starters the day I was supposed to pick up the rental I was called being asked to pick the vehicle up before 5 (which the website let me book for 5 PM pick up) so my husband got there and had to wait at least 30-40 minutes to be serviced: what was the point in asking him to even come early if there wasn'tsufficient staff to get us in and out? Secondly I paid in full and was still asked for a deposit AFTER I already paid ! That should be disclosed up front! Thirdly! The day of my return, which was 5pm, I was told it had to be returned by 430 cause that's when it was picked up which also was never discussed with my husband. I advised I was 5 mins behind it as a courtesy they could wait just five minutes for me ! Shannon/ Shannan told me no, was rude and offered me no remedy to my situation I was told I have to pay 154 for a whole other day !!! That is RIDICULOUS. Not even a drop box option offered. Shitty rental place and surely won't be back. Will also be sure to leave a lovely message with corporate ! DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS !
