Bella (fur baby) and I love her time at Camp Bow Wow! All the fun activities and specially everyone’s care of her. They welcome her everyday like if she was their own! I’m always confident that Bella is protected and care for at Camp Bow Wow!

Camp Bow Wow Duluth - Be AwareAll three of our dogs got injured during their two-week stay at Camp Bow Wow Duluth, and the management handled it the worst possible way.We have boarded our dogs at different boarding locations for hundreds of nights over the past several years, have spent thousands of dollars annually on these services, and we’ve never been this “unlucky.”All three dogs had visible face and head injuries upon picking them up - something that has never happened before. We were also not notified about any of their wounds at any point during their two-week stay, and nobody at the facility appears to know how or when they got injured. One of the dogs had a deep cut in the ear that had a thick, black scab at the time of pick up. Another one had a massive scab over his snout and a “puncture wound” (veterinarian description) on his nostril. The third dog had a bloody scratch under his chin. It’s baffling that all three of our pups leave this place injured, and the staff - including the owner - are completely clueless about what happened to any of them. The owner has been largely unresponsive and unprofessional in dealing with the issue. After I asked for an explanation from the employees and the owner about what had happened to them, they shifted blame to other staff members, and the most common response I got was either “I don’t know” or “I have no knowledge” about it. The wounds were quite visible and must have bled at some point, yet, how no Camp employee noticed anything at any point in time is hard to grasp. We’re beyond saddened and disappointed that they weren’t able to provide the care our dogs deserve, and neglected to keep them safe while we were traveling. I have also never had such a negative customer experience as I’ve had with the owner of this place. It became clear that he’s not interested in our business.I finally requested my money back, with no luck. I paid them $2,000 upfront (for 2 x 10-night boarding packages), of which $1,400 was for this 14-day stay and $600 was toward future stays. I got no response from the owner to my refund request, but in response to my lawyer’s letter, the owner sent the CBW “Terms & Policies” with highlighted parts where the customer accepts all risk of bodily injury to the dogs and waives all rights to recourse. The owner has not refunded us anything, has not apologized or sympathized anyhow for what happened to our beloved dogs at his facility, and feels justified to keep the unused $600. What a massively disappointing experience.

’ve been working with dogs for over 15 years, at several different companies and I’ve never left my dogs anywhere until now. The staff at DULUTH are so loving and passionate to all the dogs. They really do care for your babies and I appreciate them all. My dogs are always so happy to get there and see all their friends ( human and dog). They always have so much fun!! I definitely recommend this place

I love the Camp Bow Wow franchise. But this location was not helpful in providing accurate information and cancelled my dog’s reservation at the last minute. I picked this location after speaking with the owner and doing a walk thru of the facility. The facility was clean and very secure. I asked if they administered insulin to the dogs and they reassured me that they did. My dogs went to their first boarding stay and it went great. 2 days before my second boarding reservation, they called and cancelled the reservation. They advised they never gave insulin and it is company policy not to administer. This information was new and should have been shared weeks before a thanksgiving reservation. It was a huge inconvenience due to the holiday. A staff member advised it is company policy not to give insulin but I was able to get a quick reservation at another Camp Bow Wow. And they gave my dog his insulin!!! So it is not a company policy. And I was lied to. I asked for a manager to call me and that never happened. I never received a call. I would never pick this location ever again. And they over charge. The other Camp Bow Wow locations are cheaper. No Holidays fees. If they felt uncomfortable giving the medicine , I’d rather they just say that. Not lie and say it’s a company policy. Other Camp Bow Wows still gives insulin. Horrible communication. No one there is knowledgeable. No one is on the same page there. Do not pick this location unless you want scattered information. Horrible experience . Pick the other Camp Bow Wow location folks!

We use Camp Bow Wow for training classes with Claire and camp.Training.. we started the level 1 training when our pup, Eddie was 5 months old. He did great. Claire is an excellent trainer and she explains how we can carry out the training at home too. She is really good at her craft and I swear she is the dog whisperer. My pup absolutely loves Claire and so do we. We also did the level 2 training with Claire and Eddie did great! She is fantastic! The camp is also a great way to socialize and Eddie comes home from camp and zonks out for hours. It's fun to see him playing with the other dogs on the cams. The staff there clearly loves dogs and check in and out is super easy.I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Duluth!

This is the absolute best place to have your dog groomed! They are so patient, loving, and caring and treat your pet like their own! I wouldn’t take our Molly anywhere else.

Let me start by saying we relocated from CA to GA and in CA I had my own doggy daycare....so I'm familiar with certain protocols. However this place was just... DIFFERENT.Upon arriving to this location the staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately my dogs did not like this place. I don't like how they expect you to just release your dogs to them while you wait in the lobby watching from a camera. It's also sketchy how they ask for a specific collar. I wonder how many dogs fights they run into. This place wasn't for us.

I love the warm greetings, the knowledgeable and friendly staff, the extensive website, and all of the information in the welcome folder! Our puppy is due to be boarded soon, but I thought that the interview process was outstanding and I couldn't be more confident in the level of care my fur baby will receive while camping at Camp Bow Wow :)

Great place, great staff. Take wonderful care of the dogs and always willing to work with you. We adopted our second dog from their due to the trainer Claire bringing her to us. Training through camp bow wow and Claire is also wondaful. Could not recommend them more.
