This Old Navy is in a very busy location, but surprisingly the store itself was calm and not overcrowded when I visited. I was able to take my time looking around without feeling rushed, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop through.
They had a large amount of clearance items throughout different sections of the store, and I was impressed with the selection. I found a lot of nice basic pieces for everyday wear like t-shirts, lounge clothes, and casual items at really reasonable prices. It felt like there were good deals in almost every department.
The employees at the register were friendly and polite during checkout, which always makes a difference. Even though the area around the store is busy, the shopping experience itself felt relaxed and smooth.
I genuinely enjoyed visiting this location and would definitely return in the future. The only thing I was a little confused about was the clearance policy. I wasn’t sure if clearance items were final sale or still returnable because the tags didn’t clearly mention it. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience overall.”

“We had such a great experience shopping at Janie and Jack! Gail was super friendly and helpful, taking the time to help us find exactly what we needed in the store.
The store manager, Cassandra, truly went out of her way to make the entire shopping experience enjoyable. In the past we used to dread shopping in store because the customer service was lacking, but Cassandra completely changed that. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to customers gave us a reason to shop in the store again.
