Patients find the staff friendly, professional, and welcoming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The registration process is quick and easy, and many clients are pleased with the prompt service, often being in and out in less than 40 minutes. Some experience wait times to see the doctor, but overall, visits are efficient and courteous. The office also provides snacks and water for patients. However, there was an issue with billing, as one patient was surprised to find their former employer’s medical provider billed after the office already billed their current provider.
