My family and I have had nothing but positive experiences every time we have visited this location. The main employee that assisted us, Cece is a joy to work with and a real ray of sunshine. She gave us really valuable info about the storage units and made me and my family feel like she genuinely wanted to help us. If you're in the Duluth area and you need to store some things away, you should definitely consider using this location.

I have been renting storage units consistently for about 10 years and this has been my worst experience. The phone customer service was horrible and I also requested to speak to the district manager multiple times in which he never called me back. Not to mention it’s not really temperature controlled because it feels better outside. I have to bring a fan if I’m in my unit too long. If it wasn’t such an inconvenience I would move.

Bathroom was locked during move in date. Kids peed there pants because they couldn’t make it to Front desk clerk. You need to at least have the bathrooms open and accessible during business hours.
