My stuff was safe and I didn’t have to worry about it. Condition on the inside of the facility was great. Again no concern!

Not secure at all. Locks (the only ones you can use) and unit door doesn't stay locked and closed. Anyone could access your stuff with their eyes closed. Refused to refund me for the lock they make you buy for their unusable units that don't lock.

I love having the access to my unit whenever i needed access and also the time was convenient. The storage facility was clean and I didn’t have any issues with any of my items when emptying the unit and taking things out of the box to unpack once we moved everything out. The customer service and management was excellent and I am grateful to have had this experience when recently moving into the area and a Brand new state. Thank you for being so helpful!

I just wanted to say I love cube smart, this my second time using they storage. Very clean and sufficient. The ladies that work up front has very good customer service and made me feel very welcomed this morning. Thanks ladies.

I got stuck inside the elevator while loading my things inside. That was not a pleasant experience & I was not given a heads up. The manager on duty at check in was really sweet & communicative about everything but the elevator needing service.

People are nice. Everything was secure and felt very safe. The building was mostly clean but they have bugs.

The location of the unit is convenient. The people their are excited to help you. The answer all questions and help you out. The area is clean and safe. The have trolley to help moving your stuff in more easier and helpful. They also have bathroom and a drinking fountain in the location.

Kat at the desk is extremely helpful and patient, I went in at the end of the day and she still answered all my questions and showed me a unit with such a pleasant personality. She made everything simple and extremely pleasant!
