I meant to type this review over a month ago. It might actually be two months ago at this point, but I met a young woman there named Kesha Harmon, who absolutely made my day! her customer service was incredible! Her personality was amazing! She was even very transparent about my car refinance options and extremely knowledgeable. I’m not sure if she still works at this location, but if she does, she absolutely needs a raise. I came across this picture of her business card in my phone and it reminded me to leave this review.

Kesha Harmon helped me with refinancing my vehicle and made it super seamless and smooth. Didn’t wait long at all. Tremendous customer service! Explained everything in detail and steps, I had no questions to ask haha thanks Kesha and Delta CU.

Stephany Byrom is an amazing Member Service Agent at Delta Community Credit Union. She is also a gem and a pleasure to work with and an excellent client facing MSA. Stephany radiates positivity and is genuinely a very nice and respectable person. She is very professional and made us comfortable and confident as she worked with us to open our accounts.

LATRICE WILLIAMS WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH!!! 100 STARS WOULDN'T BE ENOUGH!!! She helped my son and I with a car loan and it could not have been an easier process. And the rates here are literally 70% lower than the big banks. My own bank was quoting 14-15%, not Delta, we got 5.7%!!!!!!! I’m canceling my other accounts and moving all of our banking here. Thank You Latrice, Thank You Delta Community Credit Union!!!

Experience: I was denied by Georgia's Own Credit Union to open an account because I just moved to Georgia & I still have an out of state license/ID. 30 mins later I went to Delta Community Credit Union and opened an account Checking, Savings & a Secured Credit Card only took 2 hours with the same License/ID that Georgia's Own Credit Union denied me of. Thanks to Georgia's Own Credit Union denying me it helped me choose a better bank which is Delta Community Credit Union.Kesha Harmon set up my account she was Great. Gave me all the details I needed to know and was very professional ?. Please Delta Community Credit Union give Kesha Harmon a Huge RAISE she was absolutely so nice, respectful and very professional ?. Also the front desk staff was very polite.

Damonique Harris is an amazing hard working person. Nicely and professionally, Damonique gave great customer service to me and my mother. We had issues when we tried to apply for an increase to a personal loan, and she went above and beyond to help us together with the branch manager Tom Fontaine. We need more people like them in customer service. God bless them.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Long at the Duluth branch of Delta Community Credit Union. He really made me feel comfortable during my entire transaction. He was transparent and informative throughout. He walked me through the entire process and stuck with me until my transaction was completed in its entirety at closing. He genuinely appeared happy for what I was doing and was a tremendous help. I will definitely visit this branch again!

Olivia provided exceptional customer service. I had a family emergency that required for me to apply for a personal loan. Olivia was patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and honest about the best option for my situation. Also, I was able to open two accounts and receive my debit card the same day. Olivia is a true professional and highly recommended. ☺️

It's been over 20yrs since buying a new car. I wanted to acknowledge two special DCCU employees. Keisha H. (Satellite) and Karen H. (Buford). Both ladies were professional / patience and knowledgeable of the car buying process. What sticks out the most was how they both went over and beyond to ensure that I had all my questions answered and was walking away with a good deal from the dealership. I had a great experience working with both and appreciate their time and support.
