I live two hours away from the dealer location, after submitting a credit app Jose refused to discuss interest rates or numbers over the phone. When I questioned this, seller responded by being completely unprofessional.
He likely knew the interest rate was high, and wanted me to invest my time and money into making the drive to pressure me into just buying the car. Very shady, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They tell lies I referred a friend to them for a car. She put down 3500 a they told me I get paid for send her this was back in April here it is July 28 an i still haven’t got nothing. Everytime i cal it I’m send it a nothing again. If u going to send someone here think twice

Real disrespectful didn’t want to give me the tag of my mother truck she bought off them with they don’t even own no more cause she got it financed literally charged me an additional $20 to get my tag I already paid for in the loan! Worst service ever!

I had a fantastic experience with Duluth Auto Exchange. The team was friendly, the service was excellent, and the vehicles were both beautiful and reliable. Jennifer was especially kind, informative, and helpful. From my first call to the moment she handed me the keys to my new truck, she was there every step of the way.
I found the truck on the Duluth Auto Exchange website on the evening of July 3rd and called Jennifer around 10:30 AM on July 4th. She confirmed the holiday business hours for that day. I visited the dealership at about 1:30 PM, where I took the truck for a test drive. The team worked hard to find the best financing option for me, and by 4:30 PM that same day, I was driving home in my new truck.
Jean Pierre was incredibly patient and clearly explained everything throughout the process. I am truly delighted with the service and the vehicle I purchased from Duluth Auto Exchange.
I highly recommend them!

A great small dealership, my father in law needed to buy a car and they helped him with so much kindness, never felt that with a dealership before. No one was pushy and everyone was polite. I think her name is Jennifer maybe, but the lady helping us was amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻
