Service, timing, staff; all great. I was overcharged for some parts, but others were free. However, labor time was low. So it evened out. They didn't push any unnecessary service for my old car. And the warranty policy is nice.

I was an hour from home, but had driven through some deep water after some local flooding and was worried about engine damage, especially after smelling a smoky odor from the car. They looked over my car with no appointment and confirmed everything was fine. They sent me on my way free of charge. Thank you thank you thank you!

Never typically go to independent shops for OEM services but I gave these guys a shot due to being in a time crunch. Was pleasantly surprised how quick, professional and accommodating their team was. They did a great job with my BMW and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use them again for service.

My wife and I test drove a car from a local car lot that reportedly had front end damage. Isaac was super helpful. He went through the car explaining where he would expect to see damage due to the collision, and pointed out all the OEM parts that had not been replaced. The car was cleaner and in better shape than was expected and his input increased our confidence in our decision to purchase the car. Highly recommend!

The only auto shop I trusted with my Gx470 was Toyotechs… but I have to say is that that Duluth International Auto Service has a new customer. Super friendly guys up front and the techs did an out standing job. I will be going back all the time

Had a great experience at this auto shop! Isaac, the manager, was super helpful and friendly. I called ahead to schedule some work recommended by another shop, and Isaac suggested a different cause for the problem based on his experience. Brought my car in the next day, and he quickly spotted the tire issue. He was honest about their alignment machine not working properly, but I appreciated his transparency. Would totally recommend their service!
