Logan came through big time! Had my sink and vanity set up, but ran into an issue with a short siphon. No hassle—he sent me the tailpiece I needed as a courtesy. That’s how customer service should be. Not sure what others are dealing with, but Duravit US gets a thumbs-up from me! 🔥💯
