My sister came to get her a new car and Kevin was super helpful in helping her seal the deal. He was also very patient and knowledgeable about financing! He made the process super easy. The atmosphere is very welcoming when you first walk in. I would highly recommend purchasing a car here and definitely ask for Kevin!

Update:The General Manager reached out to me about my experience and apologized. He said anyone should be able to purchase a vehicle at EchoPark for the price listed on the site without needing to purchase any additional warranty plans. They do not have a dealer fee of any sort. He said he would address the issue and was able to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction. For that, I raised my rating.Original review:EchoPark Duluth advertises that they provide a no haggle, hassle-free car buying experience. It’s true that you can’t negotiate the price listed online for a car, but apparently, it’s acceptable for them to make you purchase at least one of their “optional” warranty plans if you want the car. The website clearly states that the Vehicle Service Contract, Appearance Protection, and Dent Protection plans are optional. After test driving a car and deciding to purchase it, the salesman brought out paperwork that had all three optional plans included. I told him I was not interested in purchasing any of them. He left and came back with the Appearance Protection for $700 still on the paperwork. I asked why it was still there, and he said he could not remove it because they had already applied some sort of ceramic paint protectant to the car. I asked why this was not advertised on the website as being a required purchase, and I didn’t really get an answer. I was getting angry at this point but decided to complete the purchase.After stewing about it for a few days, I called EchoPark and spoke with a Sales Coach. I explained what happened, and he told me they apply the ceramic coating to all their cars during the cleanup and inspection process, but it does not require the buyer to purchase the Appearance Protection plan. I asked how I could get a refund, and he said he would call me right back. Several hours went by, and I did not get a call. I called him back and left a message. Soon after, I got a call from the finance manager. He basically explained that EchoPark forces the purchase of an “optional” protection plan in place of a dealer fee. So, there you have it – a moment of honesty. They are not much different than any other used car dealership. They advertise low prices to get you in and then tack on the money-making options when you sit down to do the paperwork. I don’t appreciate dishonesty from anyone I do business with, but it is so rampant in car sales, it’s hard to avoid it. Just be aware of it, and don’t go in expecting to purchase a car for just the listed price plus taxes and state fees.Also, I highly recommend getting pre-qualified for financing so you know your loan term and rate ahead of time and don’t have to play any car dealer games with that part. You can search for banks that EchoPark has partnered with. I found one that offered a lower rate than any I had found through normal searches.

I was selling a 2017 Honda CRV, got quotes from Carmax, Carvana and Echo Park. Echo Park was nearly $1000 more than the other two. I was in and out in about an hour and enjoyed a cup of free coffee, a Bottle of water and Wi-Fi connectivity while they processed the sale. When it’s time to buy, I will definitely be back.

Aaron was awesome! He put me in the exact car I was looking for! He explained everything about the car, the warranty, and what to expect. I would like to also thank the other staff. All of them were so professional and kind! I have never had such pleasant and informative experience at a car dealership until I walked through there door. I recommend them 100%. Wow, what an amazing experience! Arturo and Demetrius made the car buying process seamless! When I arrived, my preferred vehicle to test drive was already at the front waiting for me. The dealership is a 0 pressure environment with employees who are transparent and on your side! The guys got me in and out within two hours with an amazing car. Could not be more thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

I have to say this dealership is AWESOME! They are straight to the point, which I LOVE! The hours are GREAT…not everyone stays open this late. Robert, was fast, efficient and super knowledgeable. He was not pushy at ALL and got me exactly what I asked for! All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and courteous. Not one bad attitude, which is rare today! Thank you so much to the team at Echo Park Duluth!
