I purchased a 2023 Elantra in September from Duluth location. After a week I noticed that the bumper on the right-side wax missing clamps and was sticking out. Another week later I found another issue, the black railing on drivers' side was missing some clamps too. The dealer told me to take it to Pep Boys. Pep Boys did not fix the bumper correctly.
The paint where the clamps go on bumper is chipped and looks terrible. I was told that I may have to use touch up paint myself. I paid a lot of money and use this car for my military duty. I should not have to fix issues myself, these should had been found and fixed at inspection center.
I was told to take car to dealer last weekend, Nov 15th. When I took it back, I was told that there was no one to take car to inspection center. I was told to bring it back next week, Nov 22, but they would not give me a rental. This is the 3rd week in November, and these issues are not fixed.
They say every car is inspected at center. I think they just check tires and oil levels there.
Enterprise car sales in Duluth, GA. had my car again from November 24-29 and the right front bumper is not fixed yet. The Enterprise inspection center did not fix bumper correctly in October. It is still missing clamps and the paint where Pep Boys tried to fix it is not fixed.
This has not been a good buying experience for me. I will not buy another a car with Enterprise ever. I will use Hertz next time.

I have had my vehicle in the shop over 4 times already and I haven't had it for a year yet. The door is falling off from the hinge on the driver's side and they did not address it after knowing. Plenty more that follows. My advise, bring a mechanic with you to purchase and don't believe the car fax. A mechanic did let me know that the vehicle was in a car wreck and Enterprise said it was not.

Warning: Don’t Buy a Car Here
They sold me a certified car that didn’t even last a year—only 20,000 miles from the day I bought it. If you’re looking for lemons, this place is the orchard.
I was excited when I got my Dodge Challenger, but deep down, I had a bad feeling I should’ve returned it. Sure enough, the head gasket blew. Before that, I already replaced the oil cooler housing, flushed the coolant, changed the thermostat, put in new spark plugs, and even installed a new radiator—all before 100,000 miles. I kept up with every oil change (every 3–4k miles). I did everything right, and the engine still failed.
Because of the negative equity they rolled into my loan (-$6,446), my payment was $398. When I had to replace the car, my payment shot up to $550. I’ve included proof of these numbers. This wasn’t just inconvenient—it was financially damaging.
I filed formal complaints with:
• The Better Business Bureau (they brushed it off with a generic reply and later closed my case as “resolved” even though I no longer had the car).
• The Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.
Their regional manager even admitted the “certification” process is handled by a third party—so much for their quality standards. They sold me a “certified” car that should never have passed inspection.
This is not just me complaining—I have receipts, documents, photos, and videos showing oil leaks in the engine bay. Over 2,000 people have already read this review. I’m moving forward with legal action.
Bottom line: I will never buy from this dealer again. Learn from my mistake and don’t put yourself through this nightmare. Update:
I even went to court over this and lost. That should tell you everything—once you buy from this dealer, you’re on your own. The system won’t save you, and neither will they. I tried everything, and there was nothing more I could do.
So let me put it plain: if you value your money, your time, and your sanity, never buy a car from this place.
If I could trade this entire experience for a simple bottle of wine, I would. Because at least with a bottle of wine, you know exactly what you’re getting—and you’ll never feel as cheated as I did here.

Duluth location had great customer service but it took 3 attempts to get bird poo off outside of passenger window. Also... inside windshield was pretty dirty. Who sells an over 18 thousand dollar car (paid in full) without cleaning & detailing for customer pick up?
