Ms Ariane was wonderful! I would give her a 100 star anytime! But her female, short haired African-American manager, was dishonest, a bully, unprofessional, and would not deliver their promised end of the deal. The deal was that they would have the interior of a van be repaired correctly (carpet that was lifting and air vent outlets were coming off because the pins on the carpet were missing) in the 3rd back row. We came back in on the promised day the interior is supposed to be done with our ready cashier's check and insurance already transferred. Upon our inspection we found the interior carpet is still not fixed, AND the middle row stow and go wouldn't stay locked down when it is stowed down. This manager barged in (when Ms Ariane left the room to try to fix the situation) and yelled at us telling us we either "take the van as is or look for another one" and that she "does not want to spend any more money on the van" and that she'll just have to "boot the van back to where it came from". What????This is after we invested 3 full days doing what we needed to do and working with wonderful Ms Ariane. And instead this female manager blew a sure sale over a 15 minute work, disrespected the hard work of Ms Ariane, disregarded the time and energy we as a customer spent there, and completely did not deliver what she had promised in their end of the deal. Ofcourse we ended up saying "this is bulls4!t" NOT to her nor her staff--we were talking about how dishonest and u professional she was, she wouldn't deliver her end of the promised deal, and yet still want us to purchase the van! Instead she made it seem like we were cussing at her and her staff, and asked us to leave. Never seen anything like that behavior before and never had we ever encountered a sales manager like her before!!! She should NOT be a manager!!! I hope Karma gets her multiple times over. Nobody should treat anyone the way how she treated us as customers who were already ready to pay and just wanting a fair promised deal, and how she treated Ms Ariane's hard work. What a waste of time and energy. Never would we give any of our penny at this place as long as that power hungry bully short haired female canine manager is there. I feel bad for Ms Ariane to work under her management. And when we left they were looking for the key fobs and accusing us that we have it. We gave it back to that bully female manager when she was alone with us bullying us in Ms Ariane's office! That night we got the same exact model brand for the same price with no issues in the interior or exterior of the van, and best experiencefrom both the salesperson AND especially managers, at another dealership. That manager's upper management should question her decision and behavior.

Korey went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase! His patience was amazing especially since I was so indecisive ? Ashley was amazing. We felt emotionally and financially safe with her and with Enterprise Sales. I have been lied to by EVERY other dealership I have ever dealt with and this is my second experience with Enterprise Sales and both times I was treated humanely and honestly. I am sick of having to be on the defensive because of the unethical business practices of most dealerships. This dealership seems to genuinely want to help everyone and they make car buying affordable and fun not degrading and distrustful like my experiences at other dealerships.

AKA: Bob LoewenthalI've been yearning to purchase a car for quite some time in this crazy market. While watching the prices skyrocket and start to come down, I began looking at videos about negotiating prices with dealers. I learned about all the bait & switch tactics they use and became very apprehensive about the whole process.Then, I found the Enterprise website and was intrigued by their no-haggle price policy. They listed the car I was looking for, a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium, at a price well below what other dealers were advertising.I made an appointment with Korey Alsbrooks at Enterprise Car Sales in Duluth, Georgia. Korey was great and the apprehension I had about the sales process quickly faded away. Other than the normal taxes & fees, there were no hidden costs. "No-Haggle" meant exactly that. Any additional extended coverage was explained and there was no pressure at all to add it. That decision was left up to me.Korey and the entire staff were excellent and put me at ease. All in all, it was an anxiety-free experience for which I am thankful.@Enterprise

I had paid off my first car in March of 2023. Less than a month later I was rear ended. This lead to the total loss of my car and I already was stressing about the car buying experience, but my stress quickly went away whenever I worked with Ashley and Korey at the Enterprise car sales in Duluth, GA. I felt as if they were helping me find the right car for my price, safety, and reliability, rather than “selling to sell”. I had the BEST experience, and couldn’t be any more satisfied than I am with this experience. I’m 19 and this was my first car buying experience alone, and all the staff here made me feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Although I did not purchase a car from this dealership, Michael Watson was an outstanding and helpful salesman. He answered questions and didn't pester us at all. An A+ from me. I wish more salesmen were like this.
