Mikehl is fantastic. He is always friendly and engaging and moves quickly to have my rental car ready to go so I can get on my way. I feel like a valued customer at his store. Plus, I have always had good luck with his cars.

Was very impressed with the service provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. All the staff was very helpful and the rental car was in great shape. They even had to retrieve the car from another location for us to rent. One of the Enterprise employees, Trigg, was kind of enough to help me transfer our luggage from the rental car to our vehicle when we returned the rental.
I'll definitely look to Enterprise first for our next auto rental!

Had a rental setup through my insurance. Dropped my car off at body shop (815am pickup was scheduled). The body shop called them to pick me up at 820 and no one showed until 9am. I had followed the link enterprise sent me to reserve the specific type and stay within the $40 a day limit. I get there the guy is offering a like suv then suddenly wants to charge me. I told them the compact suv I reserved would suffice then suddenly they won’t honor the rate or type of vehicle that progressive had reserved. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with enterprise as they have always worked with me and made it to where I get the car that was reserved and they write in a way to where it stays within being paid for by insurance without Nickel and diming. Now I’m driving in some pos that was not the type of car I reserved and is being over billed for type of car to my insurance. Worst enterprise I have worked with and slow

The rental was seamless. It took me less than 10mins from when the staff engaged me till when I was seated in my rental. Incredibly fast and pleasant service. That's why I keep going back to Enterprise. I won't use another rental company. 5 star service, all day, everyday. Thank you.

My truck was in the body shop and didn’t have a choice of car rental providers but have used Enterprise for business travel at many airports across the country without incident. The first car they put me in literally smelled like an ashtray and when I learned that I would be in the rental for weeks I was told I could come swap it out (1 hour) drive from my home. The second vehicle was not much better as it smelled like an ashtray with perfume sprayed in it. Both cars were extremely used with over 50-60k miles of hard use and neglect. The second car I had literally had the “maintenance required “ light on the entire time leading me to believe that they service them about as well as they clean them.
