I never thought the delivery time would be so bad. I ordered and it said it was delivered but when I checked the camera and couldn't see the image, it was delivered to another house address. Now my goods are lost and the money I paid for the order is also lost. They told me the delivery person made a mistake and told me to call Temu, but as far as I know, Temu is the seller and they pack the goods and give them to the carrier to deliver to the buyer. Now the wrong address is delivered, the carrier must be responsible for picking up the goods and compensating me. I called but received harsh words from the black girl.

Terrible service from the girl working the counter with her nose uncovered by her mask. I told her I had a pre-paid QR code, at which point she just kind of stared at me. Then she told me to email the QR code to the FedEx address for this location, which I did. So she receives the email, prints the QR code, and just drops it on the counter and walks away without saying anything to me. So I stand there, thinking maybe there's something else I have to do, since she didn't say anything. Then she looks over at me after a few minutes of waiting at he counter and goes "was there something else?" with major attitude. So I said, "Yeah this is for a pre-paid envelope." She sighs all exasperated, tells me I need to go to the other counter, and I say, "Oh thanks for telling me." Really just piss poor service from her. Everyone else was, you know, fine.
